This fall, escape to your countryside retreat! Nestled on 93 scenic acres, our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. As the leaves turn, enjoy vibrant views, crisp country air, and cozy evenings that capture the spirit of the season. Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, a friends’ getaway, or simply craving some quiet time in nature, this property offers space for everyone to relax and feel right at home. The house is holiday-ready, with decor for Fall and Christmas.

This inviting and thoughtfully updated home offers four beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds and one cozy bedroom with a twin bed. The home includes two full bathrooms for added convenience during your stay.

The warm and welcoming living room, with a large TV and comfortable seating, is perfect for hosting movie nights or curling up after a long day outdoors. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, while the dining table seats everyone for shared laughter and conversation. *Please note that while there is a fireplace, it is not operational.*

The house comes stocked with a variety of board games for family game night, camping chairs, and fishing rods—perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors. If you’re feeling adventurous, head to the pond next to the home and try your luck at catching one of the bluegill!

The pictures don't do the property justice, the place is beautiful! Only draw back is no outside lighting from the carport and additional fans in the house would have been nice. Would recommend to others

The Farmhouse - Roomy & Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse. Although it looked small, it was very roomy with 5 bedrooms and an open living/kitchen floor plan. We had everything we needed right there. It was far enough out to feel like country living, but close enough to Cleveland for visiting Lee University. If find ourselves needing a place to stay in that area, we will definitely consider The Farmhouse again. Thanks for welcoming us into your home.

Great little hideaway

It was a fantastic place out in the country. We had a great time. It was quiet. The pond was right next to the house and kids had a blast fishing. Place was great. Saw and heard all the wildlife.

Wonderful experience

The Farmhouse by the Pond was perfect for our family. All one floor made it easy to navigate with older parents. The kids loved it as well because there was lots of room to explore. The house is extremely well outfitted and perfect to enjoy!

We came for a family wedding and had 6 adults. Everyone had their own nice room except for the one married couple who were in the nice MBR. Peaceful place. We didn't have a lot of time to hang out there but would have been a nice place to do so!

Great stay!

We absolutely loved staying at the Farmhouse by the pond. The house was great! It had lots of room for us to spread out and have our own space. My sons and grandsons loved going fishing in the pond. And overall it was just so quiet and peaceful! Being a farm girl as well as an introvert, it was really nice to get out of the city after doing some touristy things in Chattanooga and get back to the country!

Beautiful location. Wonderful stay

We stayed here during a wedding with several members of our family. The house was wonderful, much larger than we even expected. Kitchen was very well stocked. It's in a beautiful location and we loved the peacefulness of the surroundings. The owner was excellent at quickly getting back to us for any questions or problems, including once where we accidentally misplaced the keys. They were very understanding and helpful with whatever we needed. Would highly recommend!

Wish we could have stayed longer.

We really loved this house. The property is beautiful. We were there for 2 nights for a wrestling tournament so we didn’t have time to explore and enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. We had excellent communication with our host. They were quick to respond and react to our needs. Just a tip for anyone staying here: there are no food storage containers, foil, ziplock bags, etc. if you’re going to need them bring them. Otherwise we didn’t need for anything.

Beautiful country side

My family and I stayed in this home for Labor Day weekend. The house is just as the photos show. It is very pretty inside. We were going to go into Chattanooga daily for the attractions there. If you don’t mind a drive, then this is the house for you. We live in the country about 30 minutes from the closest town so it was perfect for us. We also wanted to feel very safe in our location. Chattanooga can be sketchy in places. The manager of the property communicated very well and took care of our needs in a prompt manner. Great getaway!
