Great for a one night stay

Overall the duplexes need a good cleaning and TLC. Many little things need fixed, faucets, cabinets, flooring, ect. Need more blankets and towels especially for the cold season. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to neat restaurants and The Christmas Story Complex.

Coworkers Night Out

I decided to reserve this house after inviting a group of coworkers out for an evening event and offering them a safe option instead of driving home. The duplex option was perfect since we had a diverse large group and people could choose where they wanted to sleep with maximum privacy. The house was perfect--clean, well-prepared and a super fun vibe. The host was so easy to contact. In the morning we walked to our favorite breakfast spot, Rowley Inn. Every single person in the group said they had a great time and really enjoyed the space. 10/10 recommended!
