This 2BR, full bath w/living room & kitchenette suite is a second floor walk-up with individual, guest-controlled HVAC system with a new filter installed for each guest stay. Quick Cleveland trip

Great Area

Great little place in a wonderful area. Can walk to many restaurants, bars and The Christmas Story house. As well as the Cleveland sign and several churches. Wonderful place to stay.

Cleveland & Tremont was lovely

Cozy spot in a cute neighborhood!

Comfy spot conveniently located within walking distance of many options for food. We walked for coffee and dinner each day of our stay. Only 30 minutes from Cuyahoga National Valley!

Great Spot

This stay was amazing and exactly as listed! The hosts were so very thoughtful. They communicated the check in/check out process clearly so we had no issues getting in or out and all of their recommendations in the Tremont area were spot on. The next time we’re in Cleveland we’ll be crossing our fingers they have availability!

Great location

Visiting family in Cleveland. This location was perfect to walk to morning breakfast and evening bar/food. Easy to drive in the area less than 10 minutes to daily activities. We had our dog with us and there was ample area in the rear alley for her to do her business. Owner provided poop bags and treats too. Would definitely stay here again.

Christmas weekend fun!

We loved our stay as we were there for a Pentatonix Christmas concert and to go to the Christmas Story house. Everything was within 10 minutes or less of the location. Hosts are wonderful! Thank you so much

Terrific apartment in Tremont. Walkable to parks, restaurants and shops. Super well stocked. Roomy. Comfy. LOVED the balcony and garden especially. Wonderful host.

Great place to stay

Fragile suite was a great place to stay during our visit to Cleveland. A short walk to restaurants and bars in Tremont and a quick drive to downtown. Lots of beautiful old churches in the area. It was nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast and in the evening. The suite had everything we needed. Good communication from the hosts.

Great place to stay in Tremont

The property was a perfect size for the two of us (also had a second bedroom we didn't use), had all the basics needed, and the location was very walkable to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen included coffee from a local coffee shop. Would stay here again.

Great Location in Tremont

This property was perfect for a family weekend in Tremont. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We were treated to coffee and treats for our dog. The private parking area was a nice bonus. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at a great property. We would definitely stay here again.

Baseball weekend

We enjoyed our visit to the Tremont Guest House. The suite was exactly as pictured in all the photos. The host Tammy greeted us warmly and reviewed amenities of the suite. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, cleanliness five stars. The Tremont area is well worth exploring. Location convenient for some of the best of Cleveland must sees. Would definitely would reserve this VRBO again.

Cute small apartment

Very cute house. It was a little small for 4 large adults but we were all very cozy. Lovely neighborhood. We took my dog to the park even late at night and it was delightful. Needed extra trash bags from the host and they delivered them very quickly. All in all was a lovely stay

Great stay for NYE!

Tammy was a wonderful host! Her and her husband communicated directions for parking and met us when we arrived to show us up to the unit. The house was very charming and was close to everything Tremont has to offer. Beds were super comfortable and the house has everything you’d need to have a comfortable stay. We were here for NYE and Tammy was nice enough to give us a late checkout in order for us to rest a little longer :) Highly recommend if you ever visit Tremont!

A Gem in Tremont

We stayed in the Fragile suite on our recent visit to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Not only was it a short drive from the museums, but it was an unexpected treat to explore the neighborhood of Tremont, its walkability, history, restaurants and shops. Tammy was an excellent host and the suite was clean, comfortable, quiet, and playfully decorated! Hoping to return!

Tremont

Great little place to stay. Very clean. They had subtle themes to A Christmas Story which was cute. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown and other places. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or up to 3 people. Any more than that and it will be too small.

Great getaway

My family visited Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and stayed for 2 nights. Tammy and Frank were great! Met us on arrival and were very attentive to any of our needs. Fragile Suite was cutely decorated, very, very clean and had everything we needed. Area was quiet and perfectly away from the city hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely visit again if we were coming back to area. Thank you Tammy and Frank for a great getaway and for sharing your place with us! It was a pleasure to meet you.

Clean and cozy!

My husband and I stayed at this adorable apartment for a week between Christmas and New Years and it was perfect in every way. We were within walking distance of the park and many restaurants. Downtown and sports stadiums were just a short drive away. Tammy was so friendly and so helpful - it was like staying with family. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Everything was just as described. The kitchenette was very functional and we were able to prepare breakfast each day along with a few dinners. So delightful and we can't wait to return!
