"Fantastic, clean and comfortable stay!! The house was massive with more than enough room for our group of 9. We didn't have the best weather during our visit so we were grateful for such large common areas and we were not crowded at all. The property was fantastic and we enjoyed walking the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were visiting Liverpool/Syracuse and it was a very close drive and easy to get to. Can't recommend enough, we are already looking forward to our stay next...

"This was the most comfortable VRBO we have ever stayed in. The beds and couch were so soft and the entire home has a warm and welcoming vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with any tools you may need. We rented for the pool, and while the weather didn't cooperate for our entire stay, we still left feeling relaxed and recharged. We would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend booking this beautiful home."

"Cute property on an exclusive road. Able to dock my 21' foot boat for the entire week. Tom, the owner next door, is a genuinely nice guy and does a great job. We enjoyed cornhole, darts, kayaking and a campfire too. Just a great experience all around...5-stars!"

"It rained but we were well taken care of in the cabin. Lots of space for family to be rather the stuck in close quarters and then when sun came out front deck / yard was lovely. Well appointed cabin- everything you could think of was at hand in the kitchen. Great stay!"

"It was a perfect get away for our entire extended family to stay during our daughter’s graduation from Syracuse University. There was a good mix of generations from young toddlers to my elderly parents and accommodations worked well. We especially enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the lake to hang out and relax. The distance to Syracuse University events was around 45 minutes which was reasonable and the only difficult part was needing to leave early in morning to graduation events to avoid...

"Great location just off Interstate for easy access to all local restaurants, shopping and activities. Nicely decorated with 4 comfortable bedrooms and large living room and dining room. Perfect headquarters for 4 couples to enjoy the New York State Blues Festival."

"The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!"

"This home had more than enough beds and bedrooms to accommodate our extended family for our daughter’s college graduation. We appreciated the basket of complimentary goodies. Brad was very communicative when I needed to reach out. Our only issue was these pesky mosquitos that were out in droves."

From brand new hottub to all the new ceiling fans and the kuerig coffee machine including the coffee this place was top notch. We would not hesitate for a moment to go back to this home."
