It ruined my laptop, which I had left charging. My keycard got demagnetized three times and I had to take the stairs to the lobby from the 9th floor because it also controls the elevator. When the girl at the desk told me I should put the card in the slot on the door for a few moments for it to work, I lost patience and told her I know how to use a key card. When checking in I asked if a friend could come in and have breakfast with me, with no charge, and I was enthusiastically told yes. When my friend joined me the next day, the girl in the breakfast room was very rude. It is not about the money but about the conflicting messages and the treatment received. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. However, I wish my laptop had not gotten fried and that the reception desk had been more attentive."
