"We loved our stay at the Little Joe cabin on the Pon’erosa in Knoxville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UTK. Kevin and Brandi are great hosts and very responsive. They seem to think of everything. We felt more like guests in their home than as renters of a cabin. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds peaceful. Highly recommend it for a getaway."

"This was a nice cabin. A bit big for our family of three but we were looking last minute and wanted to be on the lake. The paddleboat was fun and property has a nice fire pit. Bring fire starters. "This was the perfect get away for our family. Loved every moment spent in this beautiful, clean, peaceful Home. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Excellent views, loved the sunrise over the mountains the reflections shinning on the water with the different colors were calming. The pier was nice to fish off of, we all enjoyed fishing and took out some time grilling out on the balcony/patio. Very nice setup for outdoor enjoyment. "Two Big Issues. The driveway is in need of repair and is difficult to navigate because of a large pothole in the middle of a steep incline. Especially for the elderly. Also there were a good many ants that were in the house. I saw where they had been treated so most were dead but we had to vacuum all of them up for 30 min or so. It wouldn’t have been that bad but they were in the bed too. The house was nice overall but just needs a little TLC. We did reach out to the host about the ants but...
