"Great stay! Nice, clean, and very well-maintained property, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best part was the free water refill station in the gym—we could refill our bottles anytime. This is such a small but thoughtful amenity, especially compared with many hotels that charge for bottled water or don’t even provide a refill station. Definitely appreciated!"

"After a long bike ride on the G2G trail, we were happy to arrive to a clean room and to beautiful outdoor surroundings. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are like stepping back into the 70's but ours was spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is modern and cozy. We loved having breakfast out on the restaurant patio and having a view of the gardens. The staff were all helpful and pleasant, this included the maintenance staff, spa staff and dining staff. We would return again!"

"Gracious and welcoming hosts. We very much enjoyed our picnic breakfast , relaxing on the deck in the beautiful gardens. A great location, we were able to walk to the shops and to the park for the sunset Unfortunately our suite did not have a bathroom - I would not have booked a room without a bathroom so not sure how that happened. However there was a bathroom just outside our suite and no other guests so it was not an issue."

"We liked the location and setting. The suite was very handy for the sitting area and breakfasts in. Beds were comfortable. The only off putting thing was the black mould in the shower. It is more of a ‘cottage feel’ suite- nice touches but not fancy. Nice little pool- emphasis on little. Very helpful cleaning lady, willing to please with extra towels, info etc. Gave 4 stars only because of black mould in shower which really should be fixed."
