Clinton Sunset Retreat ! 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms... 180 degree water views!

New cottage that can be your "home away from home" while on PEI! This new build sits perched on Sunset Lane in the picturesque countryside of Clinton over-looking the Sou'west River. The cottage has an ICF foundation with 4' frost walls, helping to keep things cozy. Once inside, you'll find a clean and bright layout with white trim finishings and wood-beam accented ceilings. All new appliances in the kitchen round out the modern yet comforting feel of the open concept living area. Each of the three bedrooms has a large closet, with the master having a double closet and ensuite access to the full bath. The other full bath has a new washer and dryer side-by-side. Just off the kitchen, you will find a large coat closet by the side door entry. Queen beds in the master and 2nd bedrooms with a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom with double and single mattresses. Views of the river from the front and side decks will have you loving life. 3 Tv's with internet (No Cable), Xbox One with games for the kids. You are just five minutes to championship golf courses, two minutes to Clinton Hills. The cottage has everything you could want, Come relax and enjoy your stay in PEI's paradise.

Wonderful and peaceful stay

The house and property were even better than expected, perfect for our group. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck, watching the kids run around in the huge yard. Highly recommend!

The location was beautiful and the cottage was spacious, airy and well equipped. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful when we experienced issues with the Wifi. Our family of 5 fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others looking for a quiet place to stay on the island

Great vacation getaway

We stayed for three nights. All were adults. The accommodation was super. Lots of room for everyone. The grounds and Cottage were pristine. Our little dog had so much fun running through the fields. We would stay here again.

Darcy was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and inquires. The property was very clean and in good condition. There is 1 tub/ shower combo and 1 walk in shower. No ceiling fans, so we brought a table top fan for the bedroom. We had permission to bring our two dogs. We enjoyed the view, the quiet and the partially covered deck that provided shade, if you wanted it. The outdoor furniture is wood, so we brought camp chairs. Lovely relaxing stay.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and has everything you need. Would have appreciated a drip coffee maker rather than Keurig and 10AM checkout is a bit early. Otherwise, perfect!

Wonderful getaway

Quiet Sunsets

The property photos and description were accurate. No fuss checking in. Departure time was clear and the check out list is short and easy. The views of the water and hills are beautiful. The property and surrounding area were quiet during our stay.

Even Better than Advertised!

Visiting PEI is always special, and having a lovely cottage as a home base for two weeks made our time on the island even more enjoyable. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and tranquil. We lacked nothing. Our host, Darcy, was wonderful. We would definitely love to return to 41 Sunset Lane!

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful cottage in PEI. It was very clean and looked very brand new inside. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a short drive to a local town to grab some groceries. It was 20 minutes to Cavendish and Cavendish beach. It felt like home. The only downside was not booking it for longer.

Awesome Getaway

Beautiful cabin with gorgeous view

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The inside is quaint, clean and comfortable and the deck was lovely to have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and relax. We enjoyed our stay so much! I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
