This hotel is in poor condition. While the bed was clean, everything was beat and and or falling apart. One elevator was closed and the other was sketchy. Moldy food out at the continental breakfast. The staff was overall friendly and good. But this hotel has seen better days.

Hotel is closing down, hotel being allowed to be “run down”. Terrible smell in the rooms, had to ask for fresh towels/toilet paper. The one working lift dangerous. We should be given some form of a refund.

The only redeemable feature of this hotel was that our room and bathroom were reasonably clean in comparison to the rest of the dilapidated, unkempt property. Ignore the hanging drape half/valance and the lack of a black-out shade or opaque drape for privacy (the room was at eye level with the adjacent public outdoor patio) if you can sleep wondering who is looking in at you. Very insecure feeling in this wooded area.

The room was attractive, clean and welcoming. Everything was great, except the exhaust blower fan in front of the door made a squeeky sound. Also the toilet when flushed made an odd squeeky sound. I would think these are easy fixes, maybe some wd40? Otherwise perfect!

We had to wait 30 extra minutes because they were cleanjng which is not a big deal except for when we got in the room someone else’s clothes were still on the main chair and my towel had brown stains all over it. The entire place is under construction. And the staff was not helpful at all.

Room not ready when went to check in at 6:30, said 1 hour for cleaning staff to attend to. Told at 8 we were next ones. Contacted front desk at 8:45, told cleaning staff left, rooms not available. Clerk tried his best obviously frazzled.

Cleanliness was hit or miss. One bed cover had a blood stain, but the other bed cover was just fine! One window curtain was hanging loose, but the other was OK. One elevator was out, but the other worked! Front desk wouldn't give me the room I ordered, but the room I got still had beds in it! Advertised breakfast was cold cereal and bagels. But there was a toaster! After all this the price was right and a quiet night. Mattress was good.

Old , dirty and dingy !

Hotel was dingy , old. Desk clerk not friendly and I had to go back down to get keys reactivated cuz door did not open twice. Finally gave me another room, no apology or empathy for inconvenience. Bathroom was dirty, hair on tile. Dirt or rust around toilet. Only good thing was comfortable bed, not sure sheets were clean. Water pressure good in shower .
