Wedding weekend
It was a perfect place to stay. Our son got married at the Barn and this property was just what we needed to do last minute wedding preparations. It was such a beautiful area and had plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are very helpful and caring.

Beautiful lake front property
One of the best-stocked properties our large family has ever stayed in. FULLY stocked kitchen and even had towels and lifejackets for lake swimming. Beautiful large deck area with plenty of seating.

Wonderful Lake Cabin
We loved our stay here. Location can’t be beat. Greers ferry lake was amazing. It’s an easy drive to float the Buffalo river. We also drove to Kenda drive in for a movie night. The beds were plentiful and comfy. Kitchen is well appointed! Couldn’t have asked for better. We had one slight hiccup with the hot tub but the host was very responsive and we got it resolved quickly. Highly recommend staying here. I know we definitely will again.

Cabin looked better inside in person than in photos. Comfortable and plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed use of kayak and hot tub. Wished we had better view of lake. Swimming was not possible as it was too green and didn’t catch any fish. Not easy to get down to lake. Someone prior to us left food in freezer and trash under beds. Some of the mattresses are not comfortable and need to be replaced. Weeds were tall where trash bin was and needed to be trimmed. Property is listed for sale.

A solid experience in a beautiful setting
We ended up renting both the main house and the cabin for a holiday get together with my family. We have some family in the area and they came over as well and we comfortably had 19 people hanging out in the common area of the main house. The scenery is stunning and the amenities are good. We had a brief communication snafu during the check in process, but the host was gracious and fixed the issue reasonably quickly. The host was flexible with check in and check out times and was able to share which spaces would comfortably fit our pack and play for our almost 2 year old. Pretty much every room in the main house would have comfortably fit the pack and play. We would stay here again!

Plenty of room for our whole wedding party. Nice walk down to the lake and spectacular view from the shore. House is comfy and cozy, nicely decorated. Has everything you need to enjoy yourself for a weekend week or month. This place is a WIN!

Wedding Lake Retreat
We were looking for a nice secluded wedding venue on the lake. What we found was a little piece of heaven where all our family could gather and relax as we cooked and enjoyed each other’s company. Always nice to get away from the big city… smell pine trees and hear the birds. Actually See stars overhead. Nice place nestled in the piney woods and great view of lake cove.

Great house- horrible management
We loved our time at this house and we took care of it like it was our own. We planned to rent it again. However the manager/owners accused us of damaging things we didn't damage and tried to charge us a large amount of money when they had not checked the property all summer to see what damages or repairs were needed. Instead they blamed us for many repairs needed that we did not do. They lowered the charges some when they realized we didn't do it, but still assumed we actually had disrespected and damaged their property, and that we were 'fortunate they lowered the charges'. Its all disappointing because we wanted to stay again, but the way they handled our situation was completely unprofessional and unethical.

In the entire rental history of our home we have never had children disrespect our property by setting off the fire extinguisher to play with leaving a fine white film all over the entire guest cabin. Extra cleaning fees were incurred along with the replacement of the fire extinguisher. We only charged the cost to replace the extinguisher and the extra cleaning fee. Damage deposits are paid by per each rental for such instances as this. The damage deposit is $500 but we only charged $150 which we felt was more than fair to cover the cost.

Lovely home. It rained a good bit, so we really enjoyed the hot tub. So glad we were able to bring our dogs!!!! Very well stocked with everything you need.

First time I have ever rented a vacation property. The photos of the cabin are so beautiful, but the cabin itself is even more so. The guest house is just as awesome. Loved both cabins and the hot tub.

Quiet cabin at Greers Ferry
Very relaxing getaway with family to enjoy end of the school year. Quiet location away from others and the hot tub a big hit. Planning to stay here again later this summer. Only thing to make it perfect would be king sized bed in master bedroom.

Great Hideout, Huge Patio
The cabin was much bigger than we were expecting. Most listings will say "sleeps 12" and it's via sleeper sofas or cots, but this place literally sleeps 12 in actual beds. There were only 5 of us so it felt huge and we all had our own personal spaces to really spread out. The decks are amazing and the fall views to the water were gorgeous. The hot tub was a hit! We went for our Thanksgiving break, so really, really appreciated that it was a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. The Bunn Coffee pot gave us a pre-coffee morning puzzle, but once we figured it out we basically just drank coffee all day. We took our small dogs, but limited their walks to the paved street once we noticed a few tics in all the fallen leaves. They enjoyed lounging on the decks with us too.

Exceeded our expectations!
I booked this cabin for myself and a group of 11 friends. It looked great in the photos, but we were still pleasntly surprised once we arrived. There was plenty of space. We had the perfect amount of beds for the 12 of us. There were 5 couples, all of which shared a bed. Then, there were 2 twin beds for each of the 2 people that were flying solo. A coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and utensils for the grill were all provided. The outdoor space was incredible. There's essentially a private beach on the property that makes accessing the lake as simple as possible. We also utilized the hot tub quite a bit. Other than a small hiccup with Google Maps and the ice maker being inoperable, we have no complaints. The property owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I definitely recommend staying here if you ever have the opportunity!

Excellent experience renting this lake house. It was our second time renting it and it is our favorite spot and house on the lake. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and the house was sparkling clean, well appointed and overall fantastic.

Great cabin right on the lake!
We stayed at the cabin in July 2020 and had the best time! My husband and I took our two boys (13 and 11) and they each brought along a friend. We had plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space to hang out. The inside of the cabin is much nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The kitchen was huge and had everything you would need. The bonus fridge and ice maker in the laundry room are awesome! The house has a large circle driveway which made pulling our boat trailer in and out super easy. The dock was a short walk from The house and made it is easy to come and go from the cabin on to our boat. The boys also loved being able to fish from the bank and they even caught a couple good sized catfish! Jennifer was easy to work with and helped make our stay great!

I cannot express how much my family and I loved this cabin!! So much space to lounge. The deck/balcony was chill central! The trees provide so much shade at all times.(except for maybe high noon, but we were usually on the lake at that point!!) The hot tub was an unexpected gem. Usually I think hot tub=cool weather. Not middle of summer. Instead, after long days on the lake,, walking, swimming, hiking; the hot tub was perfect to soak our sore muscles and recall the fun we had just had! The smoker was out of this world!! We smoked ribs all day and they were awesome!! We came the week after the 4th of July (5th-10th, so we really felt as though we had the lake to ourselves! The owner/manager was easy to get in touch with for questions we had! Overall 10 out of 10!! Loved it!!We would love to stay here again!!

SUper cute log cabin
This house is very cute and can walk straight down to the water. Thew house is a real log cabin so there's very little sound proofing between rooms and floors, so can hear all conversation through out the house. But we had 3 kids and 7 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out. But a good 20 min drive to anything.

Great lakehouse in perfect location!
We had a fantastic stay. The house is well appointed and located in a great cove. It is an easy walk down to the lake and the kids loved swimming right there in the cove. The house easily accommodated our 3 families (5 kids and 5 adults). The owner and property manager was so easy to work with!! All around a great stay. We will definitely rent again!

THERE WERE 6 FAMILES STAYING AT THE CABIN AND WE ALL THROUGHLY ENJOYED IT!! WE RENTED BOTH CABINS SO WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM TO SPREAD OUT AND THE WEATHERMAN COOPERATED SO WE HAD GOOD TEMPS FOR BEING OUTSIDE ENJOYING NATURE. Great Spot for a Family Reunion
We had our family reunion here this summer. We loved it. The home beautiful and exactly as described.... well equipped for a large group - kids and adults alike. Home is seluded on a quiet, peaceful section of the lake... well away from the hustle and bustle. Only word of caution is that the hill down to the water may be tough for older guests.

This was a great place to get away and enjoy family time. The lake is amazing.
We only were at the lake for 4 days 3 nights we needed more time at least one more day. The lake was beautiful we brought tubes and floated to the middle of the lake for a day of swimming. The smoker.....wow we had some great ribs on that. Hot tub enjoyed that every morning with coffee and and evening glass of wine. This was a great vacation. Thank you so much. Amazing Property!
We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful, clean, well-kept. It is just as it looks in the pictures. It's got plenty of room for a large group. The hot tub was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of that is not listed on the cabin's page is that in order to get down to the boat dock you have to climb down a hill that is very steep and not super easy to navigate. There are no stairs down to the water. This was fine for most of our party, but if you have any children or elderly folks with you they may have difficulty getting down to the dock. Overall, great experience and would stay here again!

Family Reunion Success
We rented the cabin while visiting family in Conway. It is a few miles off off one of the main highways (Hwy 65) and very easily accessed but you still feel like you have your private cabin on the lake, which you do. A Walmart is about 15 minutes away for all of your last minute or forgotten items. The lake is beautiful and there is excellent fishing off the shore and dock. I would highly recommend the cabin to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with a lot of beds and a peaceful atmosphere.

Wonderful escape with friends
We gathered with friends for a relaxing weekend of fun, fishing, visiting and boating. We stayed in the main house and we were very impressed with everything about it! Very handy to have a huge ice maker to keep ice chests cold. The boat dock was great for our boats. The hot tub was perfect, as was the firepit! Everyone agreed that the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare, serve and eat any type of meal. As others have said, the pictures can't do justice to this home. We are already planning our next trip to stay here! The owner was very responsive to all correspondence.

Perfect property for large family get-together!
Our extended family was in town for a college graduation and we rented both the main house and cabin. Both were exceptionally maintained and equipped as was all the amenities on the property. Everything needed was provided including fire starter and wood for the fire pit, gas for the grill and a hot jacuzzi waiting for you. We had 3 generations and all were accommodated nicely. The location is very scenic with good hiking nearby. All transactions were handled professionally and we would definitely return and recommend this property to others.

The house and the lake were beautiful, and the house was even bigger than it looked in pictures. The hot tub was great, and fit a bunch of people in it, which was perfect since it was 30 degrees while we were there! The only problem with this cabin is that it's in a dry county and there's no attractions or anything to do for miles once you leave the property. We had a great time and would recommend this cabin!

Awesome Arkansas Stay
The cabin was gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. The outside area was both spacious and pretty secluded. The views were breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very comfortable since the cabin was so well appointed with cooking utensils, dishes , towels, wine glasses(a necessity) and so much more. We did venture into the hot tub but it had been a little over treated and was too chemically for us. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and hot dogs outside over the open fire. The cabin does have a stackable washer and dryer that was great however, I did have to clean the washer before using since it was smelling a little mildewed. I am a little bit of a neat freak so I had to clean the bathrooms before use - they just were not up to my standards. All in all it was a great trip, lots of wonderful memories were made! Since the cabin is located at the end of a dead end road there were not any cars coming by which was also a plus. Loved it!
