"Very friendly and attentive staff. Probably the only ones nice at national harbor when almost everyone at other shops and restaurants were rude or just didn't care. Very clean hotel and nice view in the room."

"Fantastic staff and shuttle were awesome. Elevator shafts were very loud and so was the A/C unit"

"I was on the first floor and I heard banging all night I didn't go to sleep until 2 am I came into town for a funeral. I called the front desk twice and was told they would handle it and nothing was done until whomever or whatever was done banging and sliding around furniture or what they had going on horrible"

"People were seated in front of the items that was up for breakfast, decided that to go over there to aee what was provided. I mentioned the WiFi was a priority that never worked. I was ask did I call the front desk. I said know, but you can fix it now. It never worked, nor did cell service. I was given a room as a single female with a door to another room, that was very uncomfortable. They did have hot, but hard to combine with the cold water. I opened the refrigerator and the freezer part appeared to have black spots, didn't need to use it. Available parking even when I arrived later at night. "

"I thought it was pretty decent for my time there. My shower was missing a shower curtain but no biggy to me. One of my military friends said it wasn’t a good area but I never had concerns. Came for the cherry blossom 10 miler."

"Breakfast was ok. There is nothing about this property that feels safe. The smell of weed is strong. Elevator is gross. The lobby furniture all has stains on it. You get what you pay for. "
