"Staff was great! Room was clean! Ambience was good. Breakfast was good, just need to not rely on automatic machines as that pancake machine is glitched."

"We loved the breakfast! The towels were very soft, unexpectedly soft. The staff were not friendly, seemed tired and ready to go which I do not blame them for that! The one thing that stood out was the ice machines were broken. The only machine that worked was the one on the second floor. Also, the elevator seems like it needs a repair. "
