"The room was very clean with 4 giant very nice soft pillows. You would have thought it was a much more expensive hotel room. The staff was friendly above and beyond expectations as I stayed there 4 nights. I was visiting in Butler but ended up driving 26 miles every night because of the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. This hotel has an incredible team they put together. TEAM= TogetherEveryoneAchivesMore. Great Job Guys!!"

"Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do. "
