Beautiful house in beautiful place
This house is absolutely stunning. The photographs cannot capture how well maintained it is, and the space is incredible! Sylvie was wonderful - we were three generations from age 4 to 76 and we had a fantastic time. There is something for everyone here. The pool was well loved and used by our girls, and our little lad loved the garden! The harbour is beautiful and we made good use of local beaches. We ventured into Quimper and had a wonderful reception at a little bistrot (bistrot de la cathedrale) - they were so welcoming and generous! Highly recommend! Sylvie - thank you. We had a fantastic time at your beautiful property and cannot thank you enough! The family Thomas!

Great holiday
Sylvie was an excellent hostess. We had a great holiday despite the poor weather as there are lots of activities to occupy all ages. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the house very spacious. Doelan is a picturesque village with very nice bar/restaurant. My only reservation is that at 27 degrees, the pool water is too cool when it is cold outside.

Fantastic Holiday!!!
We had an amazing holiday from start to finish! On route to the villa, Sylvie kept in contact with us to ensure she could greet us on arrival, and WOW, what a greeting, a tour of the villa and a gift of home made crepes and cider, which to our delight was delicious! The villa itself was comfortable and welcoming, with the heart of the home being the open plan kitchen and living room with views to the indoor pool! Two doubles downstairs with a toilet and bathroom then 4 rooms ( 1 double, 3 twin upstairs with another bathroom and toilet) plenty of space with 2 families and grandma in tow! Beautiful scenery in the surrounding area, with lots of local bakeries! We ventured out a lot by car and enjoyed Lorient just 30 minutes away! We then could not wait to get back to the villa to enjoy a sauna and hot tub, then an evening of games with pool table football and darts! To top it of, a fantastic night's sleep in the comfortable beds, a home from home, we will definitely return! Thanks for having us Sylvie, Beautiful person Beautiful home ❤

Beyond expectations!
We are 3 generations aged from 4 to 75. The property was ideal and enjoyed by all. Plenty of space, inside and out, and so well equipped. The covered pool was well used, and ideal for the odd day of inclement weather, when we could all relax while the kids played in the pool. Local blue flag beaches are amazing, vast expanses of sand with rock pools, and so few people. We would certainly recommend this property, for space, facilities, and location.

The whole family really enjoyed our week at Doelen. The House is fantastic, and perfect for all tastes, relaxing or energetic, it has so much to offer. The area is beautiful, with so many places to visit. We were blessed with beautiful weather which made it the perfect break.

Perfect stay
Lovely modern accommodation just a few minutes walk from a picturesque harbour. As a family of 3 couples plus a grandchild we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus the location close to some fabulous beaches at Pouldou, the adults enjoyed walking down to the harbour in the evening for a drink on the quayside, and during the day the range of activities, walking in the forest and along the coastal path, surfing, or visiting local markets.

Lovely stay in this gorgeous house in beautiful location
The house is truly gorgeous and so well equipped. We were a 3 generation family party, ages from 11 to 80 and everyone was delighted with the house and the location. Doelan itself is a quiet fishing port, has the feel of a French holiday place, very very few tourists from abroad (which we loved). All the locals very happy for us to try our basic French! The pool at the house was very well used by the kids, the spa by the grown ups and all the indoor games by everyone! Sylvie was very accommodating and helpful through the process, giving us several (excellent) restaurant and in house catering recommendations, market day details and directions for beaches. Les Saveurs du Puits (in Moelan) was a real treat for dinner, Crepes by Coraline (in house) was lovely too. The coastal path from the port of Doelan along towards Pouldu is a must - great for a morning run or a long walk - several secluded and beautiful beaches along the way. Another run route that we'd recommend is a circular one up to Clohars and back (about 5 miles). So many things to do in the near vicinity of Doelan - one of our best days was a trip to the Glenan islands, about an hour boat trip from Concarneau, we then hired kayaks and went between islands and enjoyed the clear water and beautiful beaches. Take plenty of water and food though. We had a lovely week and would thoroughly recommend.

Superb property in a stunning location
From the minute we drove into rue de keruster we were overjoyed that we could see the sea the house is in a lovely quiet setting within minutes walk of the harbour and very close to an amazing beach. The house and enclosed garden is amazing had everything we needed and more and sylvie and her sister were both friendly and welcoming the site does not do it justice rooms are large and open plan and perfect for a large family holiday with 4 generations The pool was amazing and the hot tub very popular too all in all a wonderful holiday , thank you sylvie

The house was amazing! The owners have thought of everything and kept it immaculate.
The house is on a quiet estate of similar homes all within 5mins of the coastal paths and short walk into Doelan. We were a family of 4 with a small dog and therefore had a large home with plenty of facilities to keep us all entertained. There is two large bathrooms (one with a bath and shower) to look after 6 bedrooms (3 doubles and 3 twins). The kitchen was beautiful with all top quality appliances. The owners have provided every cooking utensil anyone could think of! All of top quality too. Therefore should 12 people be in the house - there’s plenty of plates/glasses to go around plus there’s two large dining tables inside and outside. There are also 3 games rooms! One part of an extended bedroom suite which had a TV with Wii and games/sofa etc. Another with a pool table and music, plus a 3rd room with table football and an electric darts game. There is also 3 balcony’s too off bedrooms! Within the house is a large utility room with washer and dryer plus all other items you would expect and acted as a great drying room too. The pool was great too and heated - all under a glass roof with plenty of seating. Within the garage is a sauna and outside is a large hot tub. Plus table tennis and a large garden to play other games. The house is also gated and pool Area is not overlooked by anyone. All in all the house was immaculate. Spotless and catered for everything. The owner Sylvie was lovely and welcoming plus very helpful too. Thank you Sylvie for a great holiday and your home is beautiful.

This outstanding property is a wonderful place to have a holiday.
The property is a large house, immaculately maintained, with a wide range of facilities (a lovely pool, hot tub, and sauna, and a range of other activities eg pool table. There is plenty of space to park several cars, and a wide lawn area that can be used for relaxing, playing games eg a table tennis table is provided, and other activities. The weather was glorious during our stay and we made extensive use of the pool and hot tub during the hotter parts of the day. There are several lovely beaches in the Pouldu area which, again, we made daily use of. Port Doelan is a real jewel and only a short stroll away from the house. It is incredibly picturesque and calming, with a couple of restaurants and a bar. Sit on the edge of the creek and watch the boats coming and going, A great holiday in a wonderful location.

A beautiful place to relax
We arrived to a warm welcome from sylvie the owner and was blown away by the fantastic holiday home that we had booked . If you think it looks good in the photos then you will not be disappointed with the real thing . The whole place was immaculate including the gardens . This holiday home is all that it promises and more . A perfect place to relax and unwind within a five minute easy walk to a few coves just across the way and a lovely old port just to the side . I can also recommend a trip to concanare it’s about a forty minute drive away we’re you will find an array of lovely little tourist shops that are within an old fortress along side the harbour . It’s a ten out of ten for the osbourn family. Thankyou sylvie it was one to remember !!! we shall return.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette spacieuse villa. Mes petits enfants ont aimé la piscine, le jacuzzi et le jeu de fléchettes. De plus, au départ de cette villa, on peut faire de magnifiques randos sur le GR 34 (paysage grandiose). Il est important de préciser que nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mme POULIQUEN... des crêpes et du cidre frais nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

PANNES piscine, spa, et volets roulants !
Unique critère de choix : PISCINE INTÉRIEURE CHAUFFÉE et spa. Semaine de vacances de Toussaint très attendue entre amis (2 familles) avec enfants fous de joie à l'idée des baignades quotidiennes prévues... Petit bémol : l'eau est à 20 degrés à notre arrivée et descendra jusqu'à 17. Pompe à chaleur en défaut. L'hôte nous avoue ne pas avoir vérifié la piscine avant notre venue. Cela faisait déjà probablement quelques jours pour qu'elle soit si froide. Pas de solution et pas de dépanneur disponible. Grosse déception ! La météo n'a pas été du tout clémente toute la semaine. Nous avons eu une tempête avec raffales à 130km/h, une journée de coupure d'électricité volets roulants baissés, confinés à l'interieur par la préfecture pour la sécurité. Un panneau de l'abri piscine a été emporté mais le propriétaire est parvenu à le refixer plus tard. Le spa est à l'extérieur dans le jardin, ce que nous n'avions pas décelé dans l'annonce, et la météo ne nous a laissé que de très rares créneaux pour en profiter. De plus le propriétaire l'a disjoncté en milieu de séjour après la tempête pour isoler le circuit de la pompe à chaleur. Encore dommage ! Et le sauna est dans le garage, à l'opposé de l'espace aquatique, pas très pratique, et il n'a pas chauffé à plus 60 degrés en 4h. Décevant. Quand aux espaces de jeux ils sont tous collés aux chambres enfants, donc les adultes n'en ont pas profité. La maison est malgré tout très confortable et propre. Indemnisation insatisfaisante !!!

Bonjour, Je vous remercie de souligner la propreté de la villa car nous y attachons une importance primordiale. Je comprends votre déception mais je suis très surprise de certaines remarques : l'annonce n'évoque pas une piscine intérieure mais une piscine couverte, mention précisée dans le titre. Elle est, d'ailleurs parfaitement visible, tout comme le spa, sur les photos. Chaque solution (intérieur/extérieur) a ses avantages et ses inconvénients. La salle de billard est située au plus loin de la partie "nuit". Comme tout le monde le sait, nous avons subi une tempête hors norme et exceptionnelle à la Toussaint qui a causé de gros dégâts sur la région. Cela nous a amenés, tout comme la préfecture, à prendre des mesures contraignantes pour la sécurité de tous. Nous nous estimons heureux qu'il n'y ait pas eu de dommages plus dramatiques à la villa. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau à Doëlan dans de meilleures conditions. Cordialement

Bien accueilli par la propriétaire, maison très bien équipée, literie très confortable. C est parfait. Une excellente situation pour des belles balades. Seul bémol nous étions en we début décembre, pas de soleil, donc l espace couvert de la piscine était frais et le jaccuzy est à l extérieur nous n avons pas pu utiliser. Très belles prestations pour cette maison.

Prachtig, groot huis met alles erop en eraan!
We hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen (9 personen van 11 tot 73 jaar) een "hittegolf-week" doorgebracht in dit enorm groot huis, maar desondanks bleef het lekker fris binnen en in de slaapkamers, dankzij de elektrische zonneluiken. In de keuken, waar we regelmatig met zijn 3 of 4 bezig waren, vind je echt alles wat je nodig hebt en meer .. Prima slaapkamers, grote bedden, 2 grote moderne badkamers , inloopdouches en bad. De "speelkamers" waren regelmatig in gebruik door jong en oud. Ook van het zwembad werd genoten en zelfs van de Jacuzzi ondanks de hitte. Voldoende grote eettafel op het terras, en tuinsalon. Bij deze hitte was het wel handig geweest om een tweede tuinparasol te hebben. En wat we ook een beetje gemist hebben zijn enkele kussens voor de tuinzetels. Verder was alles prima en we hebben genoten van ons weekje Doëlan!

Der weite Weg hat sich wieder gelohnt. Haus und Ferienort haben unsere Erwartungen übererfüllt. Haus war sehr komplett, hochwertig und vielfältig ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Empfang, Einweisung und Betreuung waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Super séjour dans cette immense villa. A 3 familles, soit 12 personnes dont 6 enfants de 9 à 15 ans, pas de problème d'espace ni de tranquillité! Entre la salle de billard, le baby-foot, les fléchettes, le salon de l'étage et bien sûr la piscine et le jacuzzi, tout le monde y trouvait son compte! La région offre de nombreuses ballades à pied ou en prenant la voiture (Pont-Aven, Île de Groix, ...), impossible de s'ennuyer, même quand il pleut! De très bons souvenirs!

Das Haus ist grosszügig, geschmackvoll gestaltet und komplett ausgestattet. Auch bei schlechterem Wetter bietet es 10 bis 12 Gästen reichlich Raum, sich nicht stetig auf den Füssen zu stehen und den Tag abwechslungsreich für verschiedene Generationen zu gestalten.
