Spacious and light-filled, it’s situated close to all amenities and activities, making it the ideal spot for a getaway with family or friends for up to 8 people.
You’ll have a lovely living area with a sitting corner and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a study, three bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a large garden with a beautiful wooden terrace where you can enjoy cosy moments overlooking the Anse de Doëlan!

On the ground floor:
- A lovely, light-filled living area thanks to the large bay windows, featuring a sitting area with a sofa and armchairs, a television and a coffee table, as well as a dining area, a beautiful decorative fireplace and a dining table that seats up to six guests.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, accessible via four steps and featuring a dining table with seating for four. It is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine..

Upstairs:
- A mezzanine with a study area and a corridor leading to:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), large wardrobes, armchairs, and an en-suite bathroom opening onto the bedroom, featuring a bath, double washbasin and a toilet.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, large wardrobes, armchairs and an en-suite shower room, open to the bedroom, with a shower, double washbasin and toilet.

- A beautiful raised wooden terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic views! It is furnished with a number of armchairs, a table, outdoor chairs, a barbecue and an awning.
- A second terrace, accessible via two steps and featuring two benches, is accessible from the kitchen.

Things to do:
Whilst the village centre lies inland, Clohars-Carnoët is renowned for its two small harbours. Le Pouldu, situated at the mouth of the River Laïta, is surrounded by magnificent fine-sand beaches. At the other end of the town lies the port of Doëlan, which you can easily walk around. For hiking enthusiasts, there’s the famous GR 34 trail, but the inland area also offers plenty of options. The Carnoët Forest and Saint-Maurice Abbey will delight lovers of wooded landscapes. However, the diversity of the landscapes around Clohars is not the region’s only attraction. In summer, you can enjoy a wide range of cultural events, such as the entertainment organised by ‘Les sorties de bain’, every Sunday in Le Pouldu. A rising star on the festival scene, the Rias festival takes place in the Quimperlé area at the end of August. Street theatre takes centre stage here, and all performances are free! With Lorient just 20 kilometres away, the Interceltic Festival fills the whole region with the sound of bombards and bagpipes.
