The toilet had dirt in the corner of the walls.
The heater in the shower was broken doesn't work properly, therefore, the shower was too hot
No chair in the room
the bin was changed but the bed was not made the next day.
It was in town therefore was very noisy with people shouting.
During Check-in time the card machine wasn't working. the front desk lady bever heard of cards can be paid by phone and was crossed because I didn't have a physical card to take out money from ATM as I didn't have cash on me. Frantically I tried calling a few friends to help. Luckily the card machine later worked.
Breakfast was lovely and both ladies I met during my stay there were extremely nice.
Overall, very low-quality rooms you can hear everything from the next room and corridors.I will not be coming back.
Thanks
Worst ever hotel experience. On hotels.com it showed check in was before 10pm. Arrived at 9pm to what was meant to be a hotel /bar. No sign of life. Just a door with no one answering the doorbell. There was a number to call underneath it - just went through to answerphone. Tried the number for the hotel that was on hotels.com, no answer there either. Spent half an hour outside the hotel on a deserted street, feeling vulnerable as a women alone and realising I had nowhere to stay the night, trying to get through to hotel / hotels.com to sort it. In the end had to try to find somewhere else to stay. Hotels were fully booked- ended up having to spend 120Euros to find a last minute room in one that was lucky to have space. I would not book with this hotel again following this terrible experience. I have since spent HOURS of my time trying to get refunds sorted with Hotels.com. Still not fully resolved. Nightmare and such a waste of my time.
