"We arrived on Tuesday this week and checked out today at Noon. The arrival was first class. Staff were friendly and attentive. The room 540 was excellent being in a quieter area on the second floor with a courtyard view. Room amenities were excellent. The restaurant was very good with great staff attention to detail. The only fault I had was that my fillet steak was well done when I asked for medium. The staff were very apologetic. The bottle of red wine was served and not what was ordered. Again not the waitress fault. We drank it anyway. There was no deduction from the bill for either mistake. The siting of the hotel was very central to the town with parking on site. There was a spa and leisure club which we did not use as my wife had a cold. Well done. We will return."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Westport Woods Hotel and Spa! It’s in such a charming area right by the quay, with plenty of walkable dining options and a small grocery store just around the corner. The staff were incredible - so welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean, the buffet breakfast was top notch, and the pool, sauna, and steam room were a lovely bonus. It was the perfect place to reset and recharge after staying in hostels. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house can easily accommodate a large family with lots of rooms, space and parking. Just two of us and we felt very welcomed. A peaceful location, beautiful views and we enjoyed the experience of a peat fire. "

"This house is a magical stay! The land is from a fairy tale and the energy in the house is so welcoming and cozy. The house has so much space but feels intimate and is very warm, not drafty or cold at all despite cool windy weather. Everything you could possibly need is in the house. We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space and a wonderful kitchen/dining/lounging area where we often found ourselves all gathered. What a gift to be able to stay here! One of my favorite rental properties I’ve ever stayed in. I hope to come again! "
