"The staff at Muckross was incredible. Thank you so much to Jo in housekeeping and the rest of the staff who helped us while there and even after we departed. The hotel was comfortable, clean and in a great location. Even the restaurants and bars were awesome. Would highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."

Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again."
