Rundum Wohlfühlpaket

Das geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattete Apartment liegt zentral in Cloppenburgs Innenstadt. Vorteil dieser Lage, Supermarkt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, alles zu Fuß in Sekunden erreichbar. Dieser Vorteil wird in der Regel durch eine hohe Lärmbelastung bis spät in die Nacht erkauft, hier jedoch sorgen die dreifach verglasten Schallschutzfenster für totale Ruhe. Die Einrichtung kann man nur komplett bezeichnen. Die Küche mit Essecke hat Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, E-Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine und den ganzen restlichen Standardschnickschnack. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine bequeme Couchkombination auf der man auch mal einschlafen kann, einen riesigen Flachbildfernseher mit Sat-Empfang und jede Menge Stauraum. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und das geräumige Bad glänzt mit großer Dusche und exakt regelbarer Wassertemperatur. Das zur Verfügung gestellte W-Lan ist stabil und mit guter Bandbreite, Videostreaming ist problemlos möglich. Zusammenfassend also ein Apartment, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt und das man gern in Zukunft wieder bucht! Einziger Haken: Es gibt keinen Aufzug und die Treppe ist schmal und steil, daher leider nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer erreichbar.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Mobiliar, Getränke zur Ankunft und ein zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.
