Small but perfect for our visit to Lake Wylie!

Clean, well cared for garage apartment. We were in the area for the PGA Championship. James and Sue were excellent hosts. We took James up on his offer to give us a boat tour of the lake. Beautiful lake! Great experience through VRBO. We would stay here again if visiting the area!

Beautiful getaway!

We had such an amazing stay in this VRBO apt! It was very convenient to everything including the landing for my sons fishing tournament! We will definitely stay here again, everything we needed (including extra towels which is very much appreciated) in the apt. James always there to ask if we had everything we needed. Small living space, but the views and solitude more than make up for it!

This stay offered us some much needed peace, quiet, and fun! It was a little tight with 2 teenagers, my husband and I, but otherwise a perfect spot to unplug, share laughs on the water, and plenty of amenities close by!! The host was very helpful and available, and you can’t beat the cost for those views! I would highly recommend this rental!

The location was nothing shirt of magnificent...right on the lake .use of kayaks, etc. Fire pits to use. The 2 BR guest house was extremely thoughtfully furnished for guests. The best rental I have ever had.

We loved this 2 bedroom apartment! There was a view of the lake from each bedroom and the living room. Though the kitchen is small, it suited the needs for a vacation on the lake. The kayaks, life jackets and oars were clean and easy to use and rowing on the lake was so much fun! The location - view and neighborhood - were perfect! James and Sue were 5 out of 5 stars as hosts, easy to reach and thoughtfully appointed comforts. We hope to be back!!

Sunrise over the lake with coffee. The host even loaned my husband a jacket he forgot to pack. birds, turtles, and a beautiful heron. Spotless with everything you need. So close to our daughter who is expecting her second. We will be back

Fabulous lake property rental

Lake View Apartment on Lake Wylie is a wonderful rental. In the lead up to our trip from Oregon we had some adversity and reached our to James and he was extremely prompt and considerate in text and phone conversations. The location and amenities on the gated property were many. Firepit time next to the lake was spectacular. We paid extra for an awesome pontoon cruise and would schedule a cruise again. The apartment has what we needed to dine in and save but many options close by for eating out. Very quiet and peaceful with wildlife surrounding us. We would book again with 1-2 extra days just to use the hosts water equipment and amenities we didn't have enough time for this trip. The Hosts make this rental a top tier experience instead of just good lodging. Highly recommend you try this rental you will be pleased you did. Drew & Marni.
