Our 100+ year old vacation home has a classic vintage vibe with Newley renovated modern touches. The upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is only half a block from downtown Cloverdale where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and live music in the summer. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway!

Early Thanksgiving with adult children

Very nice property-well kept, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the downtown and a hike near Clover Springs in the wilderness area. I would recommend.

Great unit in a great location

This is a sweet two bedroom unit in a prime location in Cloverdale. It's got a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable living room. It's around the corner from a great coffee shop (Plank) and a couple blocks from an excellent brewpub (Wolf House). Lindsey was super accommodating in allowing us into the unit early so we could leisurely dress for a 4 o'clock wedding at Mountain House Estate.

An entire flat to ourselves!

The rental was quietly located, but walking distance to the downtown restaurants and groceries. This was a great place to start exploring from. We loved having the windows open without fear of traffic noises. Access was personal and convenient, though may not be suited to some disabilities, being on the second floor. The entire flat was clean and well kept. Amenities were well stocked and accessible. Hot weather may make it harder to cool if the thermometer hits triple digits. Off season would be ideal.

This location was perfect for a get away. We booked it for a Race in Sonoma and the location, amenities, and comfort were superb. I especially loved the short walk to the grocery store and coffee shop. The bed was comfortable and the host was amazing letting us check out late. Perfect Little Getaway Stay

Happy Weekend Getaway

This was the cozy well located apartment that we were looking for as a one night stay for a getaway weekend. There is plenty of room, more than the 2 of us needed but we were happy for it.
