"The hotel was lovely although I have to say the amenities were less than expected. There were no shower caps or a lotion provided in the bathrooms. I've experienced a lot more and a lot less expensive hotels The location in Healdsburg was excellent. It was right near all the great restaurants and close to some good designer shops. The staff was wonderful and I have to give a shout out to Leticia, Gabby and Michael. They were all wonderful and accommodating. We did have a hard time contacting the front desk from our room. The telephone system was very confusing. Before arriving at the hotel, it was very difficult to get any response on questions that we might have had from the hotel. We were always put through to Voicemail and very seldom was the call returned."

"Clean, comfortable, quiet and fun. We enjoyed the way the place was laid out, the garden like court yard, the lovely breakfast, the s’mores in the evening. It was great! Close to the coast too."

"We loved the facility and the breakfast but were really disappointed that two of the three nights we stayed the air conditioning wasn't working. The last night my wife called and the brought up a fan. I felt they should've changed the room."
