Manager made my stay really comfortable, was very helpful when booked under my fiancés reservation “Stephen Casillas” we had some difficulties, manager came personally to make sure we were content and safe, really enjoy staying here and refer anyone who wants a nice quiet, friendly place to choose Travel Lodge here in Clovis NM.

We went the day after Thanksgiving. We have family in Clovis, New Mexico. We usually always stay There. Are at days inn travelodge , Is a very old motel. It varies on the room that we Get.. This time was a Decent room The owner already knows us.He is an awesome person.Treat us very well

Booked two rooms. Very pleased with the condition. Newly remodeled. Parking was abundant and convenient. But what I will remember was that the lady that checked us in was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend.

It was a nice place, the king room was actually quite spacious and I liked that. It had great storage in the room. My only real problem with the property was the internet!!! The speed was fine when connected, but it used one of those take you to a website to input the password, those systems don’t work with my AppleTV, so it was very disappointing..: there is another budget hotel in town that has regular WiFi and that is where I will be staying from now on…

The building was mid-renovation. What had been done, was very well-done. What had not been updated, needed some work. The owners were very helpful and friendly. With a little more time, the whole place will be fully updated and very nice.

Rundown. Broken knob on sink faucet, molding around door broken, walls unkempt, hair dryer did not work. The bed was fairly comfortable. The blackout curtains did not block the bright light from the outside lights - seemed like it was morning every time I was awakened (every 15 minutes or so) all night long by the rumble and horn of the trains on the tracks across the street. The shower was good. The check in staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.

The facilities are run down. Temperature of the hot water and cold were hardly distinguishable. Both were luke warm. I had to kill several flies before I could settle down in my room. There were ants in the bathroom and when I went to put my water in the refrigerator, there were ants in the refrigerator! I wiped out the refrigerator and placed my water and juice in there but by morning the juice bottle lid was covered in ants! It's advertised as pet friendly but the only place to walk the dogs was down a dark alley in the back of the building. It felt very unsafe for women. The staff was friendly and the bed and linen was clean. Unfortunately those two things didn't make up for the lack.

The room was not okay. The mattress needs serious replacement. The room did not provide much tp or towels. It had a special coffee pot with the room but no coffee. Not to mention the trains. The horns and brakes of the trains will keep you up all night. Rethink Clovis, too many trains.
