"I stayed in the Newcastle hotel and was far from impressed with the room and standards. I’m so glad I have the chain another go because the Glasgow hotel is so much better. Staff were lovely and paid an interest into what we were getting up to while in Glasgow, the room was clean and it had a massive shower which was great after being out all day. I didn’t try the restaurant but even that looked lovely! "

"Hreat location close to shops and restaurants around the city centre. The staff were very friendly and approachable about an issues or concerns we had. They were understanding and were quick and efficient to resolve issues promptly. Would definitely be visiting again."

"The shower didn't work properly and the staff were rude about not having sorted it out. The hotel is tired and the room was dirty. The tv had a fault, and was hanging off the wall. "

"Fantastic location right in the centre close to the station, subway and shops. All the staff were fantastic, they were friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect for our one night stay but was spacious and well equipped if you were there for longer. "

"Although the hotel was clean and overall a nice place to stay I cant recommend it as the hotel also has two bars on site, one open on the bottom floor and another on the 8th floor. they are open until 1am on the weekend and i could hear the music in my room on the 6th floor. Wont be staying again"
