  • Summary:

    This resort-style Coachella studio puts you 10 minutes from downtown Coachella and 35 minutes from Palm Springs. Enjoy two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness room, and a firepit in the gated New Vineyards community. The bright interior features a full kitchen, private patio, and queen sleeper sofa for 2 guests. RV parking available. Great for couples exploring the desert year-round or catching festival season.



    The Space:

    This studio sleeps 2 guests on a queen sleeper sofa with linens and blankets. The full bathroom has a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and all cookware and dishes. Dine at the kitchen island or on the private back patio. A decorative fireplace adds ambiance but is not available for use. Washer and dryer are in-unit. The space has contemporary furnishings, plenty of natural light, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    ☀️ In warmer months, take advantage of two resort pools, BBQ areas, and outdoor dining on your patio. In cooler desert evenings, the patio remains inviting for stargazing and al fresco meals. Community amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, a clubhouse, fitness room, and a cozy firepit area. The gated New Vineyards community offers meticulously landscaped grounds with palm trees and a true resort feel.



    Guest Access:

    A QR code will be issued to the guest responsible for the reservation for entry and exit from the gated community. Please provide your email address and phone number to receive the QR code. Parking is available in the garage and driveway for 2 standard vehicles, or RV plus 1 vehicle. For security purposes, the HOA requires vehicle information: make, year, color, and license plate number with state. You can provide this after booking through guest services. On the 15th of each month, street sweeping occurs and no street parking is permitted, so keep all vehicles in the garage or driveway.



    The Neighborhood:

    You're 10 minutes from downtown Coachella with shopping and dining options for every taste. The chic El Paseo district in Palm Springs is a 35-40 minute drive, known as the Rodeo Drive of the Desert with designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale restaurants. Several championship golf courses are nearby with fairways set against mountain backdrops. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway offers stunning mountain access, and the area is known for natural hot springs, spas, and outdoor trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. During festival season, major Coachella Valley venues are easily accessible.



    Getting Around:

    Downtown Coachella is a 10-minute drive. Palm Springs and the El Paseo shopping district are 35-40 minutes away. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and mountain trailheads are approximately 45 minutes from the property. Palm Springs International Airport is about 40 minutes by car. The property is easily accessible from Interstate 10.



    Other Things to Note:

    • Pets welcome! Dogs only, maximum 2 dogs 40 lbs or under. $150 flat pet fee due after booking through Customer Care. Cats not allowed. Please pick up after your pet to avoid fines.

    • Washer/Dryer: In-unit

    • Parking: 2 cars maximum OR RV + 1 vehicle

    • 🐾 Vehicle information required by HOA: make, year, color, license plate and state. Provide to guest services after booking.

    • QR code access: Provide email and phone number to receive your entry/exit QR code for the gated community.

    • No parties or loud music. Quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Full-time residents live in the community, please practice common courtesy.

    • Street sweeping occurs on the 15th of each month. No street parking permitted that day. Keep vehicles in garage or driveway.

    • Fireplace: Decorative only, not available for guest use.
