DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.

Great location for Coachella and Stagecoach

This new home was the perfect place for friends to stay while attending Coachella or Stagecoach. There is plenty of space for privacy, getting ready, and chilling out! The place is immaculate, and we had everything we needed for the weekend! The communication from the host was excellent for checking in and out! If you are going to a festival, catching an Uber back and forth is very easy. We enjoyed our trip and this home helped make it the best Coachella yet!
