PARKING:
-Full Access to the house and everything in it
- 2 spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway, plus street parking
- Tesla charger available for guest use

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
-Fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware and glasses for large groups.
-Plenty of seating for the whole group.
-Sonos speakers in the kitchen, living room, and outdoor space.

OUTDOOR:
-New pool and spa, beach-entry, Baja shelf and an oversized spa
-Pool-Side fire pit with ample seating
-Ping pong table, Pool table, cornhole

POOL & SPA:
-Daily charge of $75 for pool heating.
-If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Spa heating is included in your stay.

BEDROOMS/BATHS:
-7 bedrooms all equipped with king beds
-2 Bedrooms have ensuite full baths
-4 full bathrooms fully stocked with towels and toiletries.

Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.
