"House and property were great. Satisfied everything we were expecting. Would stay again. Cleanliness upon check in could have used a bit better care and patio furniture needs some upgrading. Overall would recommend the property."

"The property was exactly as photographed and was in a great location very close to where Coachella and Stage Coach occur. The owner was extremely responsive as getting in the security gate was a little dicey. Note that 2 of the sleeping areas are located in the Casita and one bedroom is accessed thru the other and a shared bath. The configuration worked great for us but might not for others. "

"The air conditioning was effective. The hot tub was not warm enough. It was located by the swimming pool. The upstairs floors were squeaky and the bathtub needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit was fine. Convenient to those we were visiting. Plenty of kitchen dishes etc. Office employees excellent."

"We arrived to a clean and beautiful home The pool is so inviting! The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to prepare a memorable meal. Great selection of plate glasses and flatware. We will definitely try to visit again "

"Check in was an absolute breeze. The house is amazing. Me and my sister stayed in the pool house and it was perfect! The rest of the family stayed in the big house and they loved every moment of it. From the water slide to the game room, our stay wasn’t long enough. We didn’t even play games because everyone stayed in the pool. We definitely want to make this an annual thing! "

"We had a large family gathering in town for my son's wedding. Everyone had a wonderful time! We had 3 generations from age 6 to 90...there was plenty of room to retreat and gather. Eden and Jackie were so friendly and helpful!"
