"As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. "The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper! The queen and king beds are comfortable, the bunk beds are great for young ones; daughter slept fine on it. The only reason why I rated the online listing a 4 vice a 5, there were a few clarifications I needed to check with the owner; address was shown but when you click "get directions" and different address was populated. Items to bring was listed on the detailed page but the overview page said 3 bedrooms and didn't say bring sheets and blankets. To the owners defense, they did say check in 2 days prior. I had just got off a work trip, quick pack, and checked the property details that night, and they did respond around 1130 PM. Amazing! So my fault for not reaching out the details sooner. Lessons learned, overall we would stay here again....just make sure you contact the owner in advance."

"This house checked all the boxes for our large group(13) plenty of bed space. we all agreed it was a great house! The game room/ living room was a great bonus! Another bonus was the ice machine! This house has a very large gated/locked parking lot which was perfect for multiple large trucks and trailers. The location was good about 10 minutes or less to the trail head from the house . The owners were very responsive and did check in which was great! Another bonus we noticed was there was definitely plenty of bath towels they thought of everything. We definitely recommend this house and we will be back thank you again for letting us stay! "
