"Our ceiling in our room began to leak and the staff moved pretty quickly in identifying the problem and moved us to a different room. They were very nice in helping move our stuff including our dog who was in the kennel and we’re respectful in making sure our dog was kept safe during the move."

"I asked front desk if I could get cleaning service twice. I did not get a service my whole time staying here. I had to ask for things myself and room was poorly cleaned and that’s bc we paid extra to check in earlier"

"Shoelace was holding up Showerhead. They have so many roaches you would think they are the official mascots. When you check in they give you the room key, Wifim password and the remote control for the tv but the remote control doesn't work. It's not the original remote to the tv. They have the original remote to the tv but they do have the original remotes in the front office so I would have to ask the guy that had the room next door to my room for his remote so I could change the channel. The air conditioner didn't work. The room was so dirty they wouldn't change me rooms or return my key. The lady at the front office was so rude, loud and aggressive. The rooms are hideous. The rooms used to be nice but these new owners definitely went backwards when they "remodeled" this place! Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, definitely won't ever stay here again. Lady in the front office is miserable, rude, and aggressive. The rooms are filthy and she refused to put me in a different room and she refused to refund my money. "
