"Staff was absolutely amazing very nice. Room was clean and fully stocked. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast so I cannot speak on that. They seem to have elevator issues it kept getting stuck in between floors for a few minutes before adjusting and I think the ac was out for the hotel but rooms were fine!"

"Our second visit to the hotel. Very pleased with the upgrade to the overall hotel appearance. All freshly painted. Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. Lots of amenities and very convenient location. Staff were awesome and highly recommended hotel to stay in the beach. The waterpark under both towers covers all eventualities for weather. ***** rating"

"Amazing from start to finish. Ricardo, bellhop/valet was outstanding. Took our car, grabbed our luggage and delivered to the room. spoke with him daily and gave recommendations. upon leaving, he grabbed our car while we were in Starbucks and found us in there. Loaded our stuff while we got our coffee. Concierge helped us navigate. We were able to check in early. Massages were great. We did room service breakfast one morning, fabulous. AWESOME!"
