"The staff was absolutely terrible! Would not help us with a slick floor that could have caused a bad accident. Asked for a mop to clean the floor and was told housekeeping had left for the day and there was nothing they could do. Door had a quarter inch gap under door that the wind from the hallway would come through that whistled so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Was told to put a towel in front of door. Absolutely pathetic resonance from the front desk staff. I wish I was able to post pictures because it was that bad. The Hotel is a Best Western corporation and we will never stay at one again."

"A little outdated , Pools and jacuzzi were nice , views were gorgeous ; the bed and pillows wasn’t the most comfortable & no complimentary breakfast was a minus but overall for the price and location you can’t beat it ; soy was incredibly nice & welcoming 5 stars for her ! & the bar was good!"

"This place is a DUMP!! Whoever took the pictures for the website is a genius. I was immediately horrified when I checked into my room but too tired to deal with it. The rooms need to be completely overhauled and remodeled. Old School Toilet that’s a low rider, almost on the floor. Dingy towels folded up like fans. I hadn’t seen a stove like that in quite some time, no dishwasher. ALL of the furniture needs to be replaced especially that in the kitchen/living area with the Oceanview including the chairs on the balcony. The room’s design is similar to a Shotgun House. I took a nap but could not sleep there because of the room’s condition. I sat on the balcony in a covered chair until morning with the security riding around disrupting the peace I was trying to find. A MESS!! I checked into a much nicer hotel the next day. I chose not to address the issues upon check in because I was extremely tired, and extremely MAD so I suffered in silence. NOTHING good would have resulted from having a conversation with anyone at that time. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the state of the room, in advance. The lobby doesn’t prepare you. I spoke with the Manager, Audrey, when I was ready to address the NIGHTMARE. She didn't care and could do nothing for me."

"Overall it is a good place to stay because of the location close of many restaurants like Hook & Barrels , groceries stores and golf courses like Grand Dunes . Room are OK and have great bathrooms. However some members of the staff need to learn how to smile to the customers."

"everything was ok except the remodeling they said it was online that they’re remodeling when back didn’t see that. I checked in on Thursday starting complaining on Friday - Saturday. They told me I could get a refund for one day and find another place to stay. There was nothing they can do because I used a third party. Asked to hear every year this is a very trouble visit for what I paid. On my reviews they sent me back AI answers I can tell. The manager told me through party needs to give a better information worst day ever. I had to listen to noise for three days. I asked the guy to stop, but he said he could not not in his contract."
