"Our stay at Secrets Akumal Resort was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, the food was excellent, and the service throughout the property was truly exceptional. A special thank you goes to Karen Blanco, the concierge for Building 3. She went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. Karen was always friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. Whether it was helping with reservations, informing us of daily activitie, answering questions, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, she consistently exceeded our expectations. It's employees like Karen who make a great resort truly outstanding. Her genuine kindness, warm personality, and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Also, want to shout out Isaac, the main pool coordinator and Francisco who helped with food, drinks and good conversation. Literally every staff member we came across was amazing. We highly recommend Secrets Akumal to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, luxurious vacation with first-class service. We can't wait to return."

"This resort was GREAT. Had a wonderful check in experience; The room was ready in a timely manner and they fulfilled our request of a king bed. The room was up to date and clean; Looks just like the photos and very spacious. All amenities you would expect are available in the rooms. The staff are friendly, informative, and NOT pushy to sell you things. They are very great about offering you experiences but respecting your boundaries. Alfred, Peter, Katya, and Omar were all stand out staff on our trip. All of the seaweed makes the beach inaccessible but we traveled in July so it can’t really be helped. The amount of pool space makes up for that however! They have fun activities around the clock and performances as well. The things that I would say were only ok were the food and hydrotherapy. The buffet is very good but the restaurant food could’ve been better in my opinion and the hydrotherapy is a fun experience but only really for 1 day. We overall had such a relaxing time though, and its made us want to visit their other resorts! The beautiful scenery, modern feel, and native wildlife made the trip one of our favorites."

From the moment we arrived, the entire resort exuded an incredible sense of calm and privacy. Even though it's a world-class property, it beautifully avoids that crowded, chaotic mega-resort feel. In fact, it often felt like we had the entire place to ourselves—a rare and luxurious experience that made our stay feel entirely exclusive. The Highlights of Our Stay World-Class Hospitality: The staff here are truly amazing. Every single team member we encountered was genuinely friendly, attentive, and deeply committed to making our time excellent. Their warmth and hospitality elevated the entire trip. The Spa (A Absolute Must!): Do not skip the spa services! The spa is an architectural and wellness masterpiece. Booking a treatment here is a non-negotiable part of the experience if you want to lean into full relaxation. Delicious, Intentional Dining: The culinary experience was fantastic. Every meal felt thoughtful and high-quality, with food that genuinely tasted like it was prepared with love. The Verdict: If your goal is to trade the noise of daily life for peaceful, private luxury, top-tier service, and incredible food, this resort delivers flawlessly. We left feeling entirely restored and cannot recommend it enough."

"We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Explore Coba! The resort was beautiful, clean, and incredibly family-friendly. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, making every day fun and memorable. The staff was always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was phenomenal—every night the buffet featured something different, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The specialty restaurants were outstanding and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The nightly shows were fantastic, especially Origin, which was absolutely spectacular and a must-see during your stay. The resort is large, but the shuttle service made it easy to get around. The pools were excellent, and the beach was just a short ride away. Overall, we had an unforgettable family vacation and made memories we'll cherish forever. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Bahia Principe Explore Coba to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and high-quality all-inclusive resort."
