This one bedroom apt. is perched on the cooler/breezier northwest corner of a hilltop under the shade of a old Pochote tree; a common hang-out spot for large troops of monkeys. While lounging on comfortable deck furniture, or kicking back on a hammock, one can gaze out to a horizon filled with mountains, forests and ocean, and watch wildlife in its natural habitat. With modern appliances and custom wooden accents, this apt. has been designed to deliver comfort, while maintaining a natural feel.

Guest access
6km of hiking trails weave through the property and are available to guests only. The trails are always full of wildlife, from butterflies to monkeys.
There is also a luxury fully equipped gym, stunning lap pool, yoga deck, and a common space with games.

Other things to note
The apartment is part of a 4-unit single story structure, wherein some walls are shared between neighboring units. The design, however, was done in a manner that ensures complete privacy (both indoors and in the outdoor seating areas) for all guests staying in each of the units.
