Tropical Boutique Sunrise Villa Walk to the beach

  • The villa is located in the center of the north part of Santa Teresa just 5 minutes walk from on of the best surf spots, Brunelas.

    Please note that there is ongoing construction on the neighboring property. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, there may be occasional noise during daytime hours.

    Situated in a perfect quiet area, walk distance to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops and just a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa and one of the best surf spots in Costa Rica.

    The villa is spacious, light and fully equipped. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a big living room, cosy outside area with a pool and a tropical garden.
    All the rooms are AC and fans.
    There will be a cleaning lady every day taking care of the house.
