"Property was well maintained, even with improvements being made in common areas. Property was very clean considering. Room was nice and spacious. One improvement that needs to be made is the beds. Both beds in our room were definitely aged, and sank in the middle. All other furniture was good. Pool was a great size and clean. Good location for a family trip."

"The room was clean and nice, but the common areas were dirty, with the floors, needing a good vacuum. I was surprised to find that breakfast is really only cereal and bagels. There was no hot meal offered, although that was my understanding . This property needs a good refurbishing at least in the common areas but the staff is helpful. "

"The pools were great and the little kids had a ball. We rented a cabana which was great to relax and have some lunch before going back in. We have been to Great Wolf Lodge several times and have a blast every time. Thank you all"

"Place was a dump. Items broken all over. Obvious no sense of urgency to repair. Breakfast was terrible. This facility is trending downhill fast."

"Convenient to Bush Gardens and good breakfast but that's it. It was clean but not spotless. I didn't like that the hotel is on the side of the road, I felt very out there... lobby is small, again, not the nicest. No flexibility at all with room while hotel looked empty. If you want to feel a bit nice and special while away from home, keep looking. I stayed at better hotels in Williamsburg for just a little bit more money. If you just want to crash, wake up and eat, this is good. "
