"Front desk was not friendly. Problems with heat in my room. Front desk came up to fix it, but it returned back to cool air. Phone was not working in room, ladyat front desk said she didn’t know how to fix it and to use my mobile phone to call front desk. My discount didn’t apply because of booking from third party front desk says. Very unfriendly service. Rooms were not super clean. Found hairs in my bed. Dusty as well. "

"Springhouse was an ideal accommodation for our trip. Located within reach of a variety of locations, The property itself is very spacious, well laid out and had all of the amenities we needed as well as some nice added touches. The view over the water was amazing too."

"This is the BESTEST location for the outdoor vacation. You are in the woods but with all necessary commodities you will need. If you want to escape and truly relax - this is the perfect place: no technology just you and nature. The pond is just a few steps away where you can kayak and fish. It is truly on of the kind place in NL. Hosts are amazing! We be coming back here all the time now:)"

"Beautiful location and home. Amenities like groceries, gas, liquor or close by. Very limited dining. We ate in both nights we were there. We were hoping for fresh seafood or a great pub with local fare but there is none available. But cannot say enough great things about the home, cleanliness and items available for our use. Check in and check out were very simple."
