"Great hotel - exactly what I needed. The bed was insanely comfy and a good range of pillows. Location is good, easy to get to different places. My only concern was parking - if you need this, book in advance. I had not realised that was required and had to street park which turned out ok as I was there mostly over the weekend. "

"Reception staff were great room was clean and well presented Reception booked is a taxi for the trip to the airport and this too was great. Scarborough is a fabulous place to visit, and the Scarborough Quest is well placed for easy access to the beach and all the local anenities."

"Generally, the service is good, the receptionists are vety help but if 2 more things can be improved, that will be excellent. 1. Communication between the reception and restaurant. As my package includes a breakfast buffet for 2, and well acknowledge by the receptionist upon my check but my name is not on the restaurant list in the morning. 2.The location of the car park. There are 2 carpark near the hotel and if there is some info to direct me to hotel off-site/ on-site car park, it will be perfect."
