The property was great, it had everything we needed. Bikes, beach chairs, water, etc. Beach was just steps away. Close to the fish market where local fishermen brought their catch. I highly recommend this property, great communication and even helped with a taxi to and from the airport. One thing I will mention is that the property next door has several dogs that barked a lot and we heard that they were getting more dogs.

Great Vacation
The house is exactly how you'd like to spend a quiet vacation. Nicely located across from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. Eric and Lisa made sure everything was arranged for us upon arrival and for check out. My only feedback are the bikes In the garage could use some work.

Enjoyed Our Stay
The house is exactly as the pictures showcase which was great. Very easy to communicate with both Eric and Lisa (house manager) and they both were extremely helpful with general information about the island. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was an extremely tranquil vacation. We loved the easy access to the beach, riding the bikes from the house daily, and eating good while enjoying each other’s company. Just as many stated in their reviews, the porch is the absolute best part of the house. The view of the beach and sunset from the porch was so beautiful and serene that while at the house, we spent majority of our time on the porch catching the views, sunrise, and/or sunset. The hammock was a true added bonus. Please note: this is an EXTREMELY small island with not much to do outside of relax, eat, and enjoy the beautiful beach that is a short 30 minute plane ride from Turks & Caicos. Also, if you do not like dogs or donkeys, this is NOT the island for you. There were ALOT of donkeys and stray dogs (easily ten plus) that roam freely, bark often, and many times follow you around! If animals are your thing, particularly dogs, you will not have a problem but if you have any ounce of fear of dogs, then you should reconsider visiting this island.

Perfect relaxing stay
We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Breeze. Both Eric and Lisa were incredibly helpful every step of the way. The views of the water are incredible from the porch. The pictures really don't do it justice! We spent days lazily reading, cooking, and spending time on the beach with the stray pups by our side. The kitchen is very well stocked and the grocery store is a very short walk. You can walk to a few restaurants but the bikes help open up more options. We rented a golf cart 1 day to explore the island. The bed is extremely comfortable and we had no issues with hearing the noises of the dogs and donkeys from the bedroom at night. From the bedroom w/closed doors and the air conditioning you don't hear a thing. If you are looking for something where you can completely chill out this is definitely the place!

Absolutely loved Grand Turk!
We had a great time on our recent trip to Grand Turk. The house is beautiful, and it was easy to walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches. Be prepared for some noise, however, because there were quite a few early morning shenanigans from the local dogs and donkeys. 😂 Pack your ear plugs just in case and you’ll be set! We rented a golf cart to make getting around the island possible. Thank you for the great visit!

Blue Breeze was an amazing place. The wrap around screened in deck made the place an amazing open air experience. Breakfasts overlooking the ocean and wonderful sunset dinners. We kept the doors open and let the breeze blow through the house. Close to restaurants, the beach was accessable 50 yards from the property. All-round amazing.

A paradise in pristine nature
My husband and I had a wonderful 4-day vacation in Grand Turk. Blue Breeze, the house was absolutely wonderful, modern, airy with everything one would want: very comfortable furniture including patio chairs and hammock, kitchen with anything you would want, great bathroom with luxury towels, and screened porch all around the house. The house has lots of light and is so airy. We did not have to use the AC. You sit on the top floor, on the screened porch, with beautiful views of the turquoise water. What we loved, absolutely loved, was the quietness and authenticity (not touristy) location, close to supermarket, fish market and restaurants. It came with four bikes so unless you want to go around the island, there is no need to rent a golf cart. Eric, the host, made our stay most comfortable, always responding to questions before we got there, organized transport from the airport to the villa, and making sure we were all fine once we arrived. Lisa, the Manager, was there on arrival and made us feel at home right away, sharing some ideas and advice. Our stay surpassed all of our expectations and we want to come back! Besides the wonderful house, we loved sitting on the beautiful beach-totally deserted and swimming in the clear turquoise waters; snorkeling with the sting rays at Gibbs Key with B&R Watersports-Franky; snorkeling with Blue Water Divers; visiting the museum (a must to learn a bit the history of the island); having a rum punch at the Sand Bar; dinner at Bohio Resort; biking around the salt flats, watching the flamingoes and other birds...and having a great massage (above the Blue Water Divers). We needed a break...Blue Breeze was our paradise. It was hard to leave. We are coming back. Thank you Eric for sharing your home and making us so welcome.

Whale of a Stay
Due to COVID we had to move our trip from January to March and Eric was accommodating and easy to work with. The house had everything we needed for the week. We especially liked the screened porches and open doors. We did not use the bikes but the beach chairs, towels and umbrella were great. In Canada we live in a rural setting so staying in the house in town was noisier than we are accustom to. The donkeys and dogs woke us up a couple of nights. Being able to see the whales from a boat tour, the beach and at the lighthouse was exciting. We rented a car but could walk to restaurants, grocery store and shops. We had a great week based out of Eric’s house.

Fabulous!
Cockburn Island (GDT) is simply fabulous and so is Eric's property! We rented a golf cart for the 8 days we were there and toured around. Everyone is so friendly! The property is just as described. We absolutely loved it! Thank you to Lisa who greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. We loved the fish market was right there, my husband loved to chat with them all. And the grocery store was right around the corner. We found there was better "deals" at that one closet to the house. Just amazing! Thanks again Eric, for sharing your diamond of a property with us. We would come back in a heart beat.

A Slice of Heaven with a Hammock
My husband and I just returned from 6 nights (Dec. 20-26) at Blue Breeze and I couldn't have found a more perfect home for our peaceful Christmas for two. I do a great deal of research on various travel sites and forums so we are usually pleased with my selection but my husband and I both agree that I hit this one out of the park by selecting Blue Breeze! Perfection. The location was perfect and convenient to everywhere we went on the island. The view was stellar. Oh, those sunsets! The house was such a great size and design layout, All the furnishings are comfortable and in perfect condition. I have never (66yrs old) rented a home that so completely and thoughtfully equipped and supplied- from 3 types of coffee makers, plenty of fluffy bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, 4 bicycles and every little thing that one never knows might or might not be there (dishwasher soap, laundry soap/softener, plentiful bars of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, great cookware/dishes/utensils, etc). I was amazed- from Kleenex to safety pins to q-tips, spices, OFF spray, and first aid supplies- Eric thought of everything to make a guest comfortable ! The appliances were new and high end (Bosch dishwasher) with a great gas range. We did not grill but the gas grill was conveniently located on the back deck. We spent many hours on the front porch just enjoying the view, the breeze, and the beautiful flowers surrounding the property. Lisa, the property manager, was so friendly and informative- she even wrapped some Christmas lights around the porch rail and put a small tabletop lit tree in the living area for us- such a sweet and festive touch! We needed for NOTHING but another week to spend at this fantastic island paradise home. Thank you, Eric, for sharing! PS Covid comment- Like us, I know everyone is apprehensive about travel during these last long 10 months but we felt so safe in Grand Turk. Everything was sparkling clean and all of the islanders were very mindful of keeping things beyond sanitary. Eric's house had large (new, sealed) bottles of hand sanitizer, cleaner, wipes, plentiful soap and a baggie full of masks. Every grocery market or restaurant had someone outside the door with a spray bottle of cleaner to insist on cleaning everyone's hands before they entered- every person had on a mask- it was so much more aware and careful than our own home town. GO-TRAVEL to GT!

If I could give this a rating of 10 stars, I would! We had the best time at Blue Breeze. The house was open and airy. It was clean and updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Lisa the manager was extremely helpful and tended to our every need. Eric, the owner was absolutely amazing! They helped us with renting a golf cart for the week and with airport pickup and dropoff. We had to extend our stay due to the Corvid-19 virus and they were more than accommodating. We loved everything about this house and would not hesitate about returning. Thank you Lisa and Eric, you are the best!

Wow!!! This home has EVERYTHING you need and more.
Eric and Lisa are a pleasure to work with. From the moment I inquired about this home until the very end when I had to leave, they were gracious hosts. They have a taxi waiting for you at the airport but we decided to rent a golf cart for the week instead so I let them know so they wouldn’t send a taxi. Boogie met us at the airport and gave us the golf cart. At first I was like, “I don’t know where I’m going?!?” He gave us directions and it was a right and then a left by the gas station and then stay on that road until we got to the house. It was very easy to get there. Lisa was at the home as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour and told us about the island. She lives across the street and is readily available for anything you might need. There is a folder full of information about anything and everything you might need or want. She and Eric both checked in on us by email to make sure we didn’t need anything, which was super nice. The views are exactly what you would expect for Turks and Caicos. BEAUTIFUL! The water is so clear and clean. We decided to go to the cruise center to do some shopping and it’s like a little town; we loved it! The locals are all so friendly and helpful. We explored everywhere on the island from the lighthouse to the cruise center and everywhere in between. This island is GORGEOUS and safe! You can tell they are poor by their homes but not by their attitude! Everyone has a smile on their face and wave as you go by. Every single beach here is public so you can access any of them for free. It was not crowded at all, even when the cruise ships came in. We saw very few people so we were able to relax and unwind. I was initially worried about the donkeys and dogs from previous reviews but it wasn’t anything like I expected. We saw a few donkeys on the road but never on the beach. There were a couple dogs that walked the beach but they never bothered us. One laid behind our chairs for a few minutes and then she was on her way. The barn doors on both sides of the home was genius! It allows such a nice breeze to come through the home. The screened in porch was a wonderful touch as well. The bed is VERY comfortable. I am very picky about my vacations and this was the first time I didn’t do an all inclusive out of the country and it was still perfect! The grocery stores are very close by and the three we went to all had different things so you can get a variety. I can’t wait to bring my daughter. I will definitely be back!

Blue Breeze is tremendous, and the breeze that blows through the property when you open the massive doors is awesome. We loved our stay, waking up to that view is something to see. We used the bikes Eric has everyday, felt like kids again riding all over the island and it connects you with the island in a different way. Would highly recommend staying here, everything you need is there, check in is great, the fish market is 30 yards down the street ( this is where local fisherman come each day with fresh caught lobster, conch, snapper, grouper etc ) grocery store is one block over. Fun place.

Just breathe... Enjoy your perfect stay.
This was a perfect location. We came here for beach, scuba diving "the Wall", and possibly whale watching (we opted out of this based on the rough ride and no breaching/ no whale tails experienced by another group). We enjoyed our days being out and about, using the bikes, and watching the sunset from the patio. We really appreciated the upgraded front-loading washer and dryer, the well stocked kitchen, the fluffy towels, the beach chairs, and the bikes. Lots of thoughtful amenities to make us comfortable. The best design feature though... The cross-breeze you get when you open up the back and front doors and enjoy it bug-free thanks to the screens. Whoa. Just book it. You're welcome.

Beautiful inside and out
Like many other reviews, the screened in porch with an incredible view was the highlight of this home. I spent literally every moment I wasn't sleeping or exploring on this porch. I never needed AC because the breeze running from front to back was fantastic. Inside, the home had everything I needed, especially the washer and dryer. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen had everything required to cook meals. The 2 stores are within walking distance. I did rent a golf cart for one day to snorkel at places other than near the house. Lisa (house mgr) was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The only downside I had was how loud it could be, but that's because I did have windows and doors opened. If you're not an early riser, you will be here. Then again, that gave me more daylight to stare at the gorgeous blue water across the street. The street is a major thruway on the island which I was a bit surprised by. Lots of cruise ship traffic when they're in port. Overall, I felt like this could be my home if I could get Eric to give it to me.

Wrap Around Deck a Delight
The property manager, Lisa was excellent and responded very quickly to any concerns we had. Eric, the property owner was very good at answering emails and checked on us. We loved using the bikes provided and rode around the entire island. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The bed was softer than we are used to, but still comfortable. Linens are excellent. The dishwasher was not working, but not a concern to us. The new washer and dryer were appreciated. Mostly we just used the overhead fans and only turned on the air conditioning twice for a short time. The house is designed to allow the breezes to flow through. The only drawback to this central location and no fault of the owner, was the noise from a local neighborhood bar. The music was loud and even with earplugs a bit disturbing. It wouldn't bother many people, but we are light sleepers and come from a quiet neighborhood. The occasional dog barking or mule braying did not bother us nearly as much. The property is close to grocery stores and restaurants. We loved having our meals on the deck. The view was amazing. The house is situated a few steps from one of the nicest beaches on the island. We felt safe at this location.

Beautiful, relaxing stay on Grand Turk
We spent a week at Blue Breeze and absolutely enjoyed our time on the island. Eric's place is spacious and comfortable for three of us. The wrap around porch house makes an extra living space with nice sea breeze. The porch is where we spent a lot of time looking out at the blue ocean. Fish market is conveniently located just a few steps from the house, where we picked up catch of the day daily. It's a unique experience to even just go and watch! We often met friendly dogs and donkeys on our strolls adding to the island charm. Overall, we had a wonderful time here and hope to return!

Perfect Place to "UNPLUG"
The accommodations were EXCELLENT. Everything you need (appliances, utensils, beach umbrella & bikes). Here are some tips: Explore Governer's Beach, Pillory Beach when the cruise ships ARE NOT in port. You will have miles of beach to walk with NO PEOPLE. When the ships are in, walk out of Eric's place (with beach umbrella and maybe a cooler) and plant yourself on the beach and you will most likely not see anybody all day. The weather is perfect (hot) the water is warm and clear. Snorkeling is excellent. Lisa is an exemplary host. The local residents are EXTREMELY friendly and this (GTI) is a VERY SAFE place.

Beautiful view with amazing ocean breeze.
We had a perfect romantic getaway here. Loved the screened porch! We spent our days riding the adorable bikes up and down the coast line. We used them to ride to dinner, store and beaches. We recommend Osprey, Bohio and a couple little mom and pop restaurants that were near by. Eric’s home is well designed to capture that beach house feel. Furnishing and such were nothing fancy but practical and comfy especially the bed and pillows. We didn’t cook much other than small breakfast. Grocery store is literally just around the corner. It’s very basic but had all that we needed for snacks and sandwiches to take to the beach. We made use of the great beach chairs and umbrella. We rented a golf cart from Boogie one day to venture down to the cruise port. We also did an amazing whale tour with Humpback Dive Shack. We literally got in the water and swam with the whales. Lisa, the property manager who lives across the street was even gracious enough to give us a ride to the dive shack. Lisa is awesome if you need help or have any questions. I want to make note of a few things that have nothing to do with Blue Breeze but more about the island in general. Keep in mind that Grand Turk is a remote island with limited resources at its finger tips. There are beautiful vacation homes right next to vacant, unkept lots. Most of that is due to hurricane damage and can not be helped. There are also free roaming donkeys, horses and dogs that stroll up and down the street announcing their presence. Sometimes rather loudly. We were prepared for this and loved the raw, authentic island feel it provided. I only mention this beacause if you did not know you may be very disappointed especially if you were planning for one of those typical beach resort experiences. We absolutely embraced the island life and absorbed ourselves in the simplicity of it. The locals are wonderful and very friendly. They’re quick to offer help or point you in the right direction. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful, relaxed atmosphere with amazing ocean views, beaches and adventure then this is the place for you.

Pictures do not do it justice! The layout of the home was outstanding. The double barn doors open for the cross breezes. Not once did we turn on the AC. The most incredible part for us was the enormous screened wrap around porch with my personal favorite spot on the island, the hammock. The porch was wonderful for entertaining and the large kitchen was great for cooking up our freshly caught tuna that day. Loved the island and its cool vibe. The local folks were as friendly and helpful beyond our experiences elsewhere. We have rented a few places through VRBO and this was definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. We throughly enjoyed the donkeys roaming the island. They are very entertaining. Just make sure you close the gate because they will try and get in. The view from the porch is spectacular especially for sunsets. We actually saw the green flash as the sun set three times from the porch. Lisa was very helpful with any issue that we had, like locking ourselves out of the house. She came over as soon as we got in contact with her. We are planning on going back sometime and I won't consider any other place. It was perfect.

Fantastic Secret Escape
Our stay at Blue Breeze was literally the best vacation we've taken. My wife and I have stayed at upscale "All Inclusive" resorts in Punta Cana, the Bahamas, and several places in Mexico, and this has been our favorite place - hands down. The house is very spacious, clean, and modern, will all the amenities. While the beach is top notch, and close enough to the house to walk barefoot, the screened porch was our favorite place to relax. We used the bicycles provided with the house to tour nearly the entire island, bought lobster and fish directly from the fishermen and grilled on the large gas grill also provided with the house. Grand Turk definitely has it's own unique charm, and a much slower pace of life. The property manager, Lisa, was very responsive to anything we needed, and the home's owner seems to be somewhat of a celebrity on the island, because we always got extra good treatment when folks heard we were staying at the Blue Breeze. We are looking forward to our next trip to GT, and will probably take the kids along next time, too.

The wrap around screened porch was fabulous and allowed us to keep the doors open for a great breeze most of the time without worrying about bugs. We spent a lot of time in the hammock!! The linens and towels were top notch, and the washer and dryer were appreciated. We used the bikes for all our transportation and were grateful for the nice saddlebags. The kitchen was well equipped, and the grill was top notch. We will return as we enjoyed he beach, the diving, snorkeling, and coming back to our comfortable house at the end of the day. All the little touches made this above and beyond our expectations, including arranging our taxi to and from the airport. Thank you Eric and Lisa for your part in making our vacation special.

Beautiful beach cottage
The pictures of Blue Breeze don’t do it justice. The cottage has absolutely everything you could need, and is just steps from a lovely swimming beach. We ended up cooking at the cottage more than we planned, due to the well-stocked kitchen and fresh fish market across the street, where we bought fresh lobster and grouper. Excellent markets and restaurants nearby. And world-class diving 5 minutes offshore to top it all off. Be sure to eat a meal down the street at the Sandbar, visit the Grand Turk Museum, and go diving – we went with Blue Water Divers and were very happy with them.

The cottage itself is wonderful. New, clean, and bright. Appliances were great, bathroom shower and linens all perfect. The immediate area is ok- it was quiet, but there was quite a lot of trash everywhere that you had to walk past to get to the beach that is across the street and on the other side of houses on the opposite side of the street. If they could organize a neighborhood cleanup this place would have been a lot better because the beach really is beautiful. Lisa the property manager was extremely friendly and accommodating!!

THE PERFECT PLACE TO STAY ON GRAND TURK - BLUE BREEZE!!!
My husband and I stayed at the Blue Breeze for 6 nights. We had probably THE best relaxing vacation ever, mainly due to this beautiful, comfortable home! Eric was wonderful to deal with, providing answers to my many questions prior to the trip. He even arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport, and then again to take us back to the airport! The on-site property manager, Lisa, was also very nice and met us at the house upon our arrival. We spent quite a bit of time riding around the island on the bicycles provided with the house. Honestly, we did not see one home that we would rather stay in on Grand Turk! The home was spacious, very clean, and nicely furnished. For example, nice appliances and everything you needed in the kitchen, a washer/dryer, great linens, a very comfortable king bed - even a safe to store valuables! Opening the front and back doors created an amazing breeze during the day, and the A/C kept the house cool in the evenings. And, the wrap around screened porch - AMAZING! We, like so many other reviewers wrote, sat on the porch and enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean and the fantastic sunsets -breakfast on the porch became a quick "tradition"! We also liked how the home was built - the bottom level was garage/storage, and the second story was the living area, which created a very safe and secure atmosphere! Additionally, the location could not be better! There is a grocery store around the corner, great restaurants nearby, and a wonderful fish market across the street! We loved our meals out, but enjoyed the meals we cooked in more - including fresh Red Snapper purchased at the fish market and cooked on the nice grill on the back porch area! We loved the island of Grand Turk! The residents were very nice and we loved the "laid back" attitude! We went diving, snorkeling, and beach combing on the east side of the island. Neither of us wanted to leave - we will DEFINITELY go back!! Finally, the best thing I can say is that EVERYTHING that Eric wrote about this amazing home on a wonderful, beautiful island was TRUE!!! There were no "unpleasant" surprises.... We have rented many places through VRBO, and there have been a few times when descriptions didn't exactly match what you walked into....but, at BLUE BREEZE, rest assured that the pictures and description cannot do justice to this wonderful home! Perfect!
This was our second stay at this property and once again it was perfect in every way. The absolute best part of this house is the "blue breeze". The wrap around screened in porch with large doors made sitting on the porch watching the sea perfect. Morning coffee, evening cocktails relaxing. PERFECT. The house is outfitted with all you need for your stay, modern kitchen and bath, luxurious towels, comfortable king size bed, bikes, beach chairs, grill. It had all you could ask for and then some. The location is also amazing. The world class Pillory beach is steps away. It was close to bars and restaurants, dive shops and yet still quiet. There was a grocery around the corner and the fresh fish market across the street. We biked and walked all over the island. Eric is an amazing host. He made sure everything was going well with our stay. Lisa the on site property manager made sure we had everything we needed and helped find local places to eat and drink. You can't go wrong renting from Eric!!

Gorgeous views, relaxing modern oasis
Wow! We had a fabulous time in this beautiful home on Grand Turk. It was such a relaxing time, great views of the ocean and the sunsets are amazing. All the modern amenities are here for you, nothing we could have wanted for. The location is perfect, within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, as well as bikes for longer trips. We enjoyed meals out and meals in, and snorkeling in the amazing blue water was THE BEST. We also had fun exploring the island after renting a golf cart for several days. Recommend a visit to the museum, excellent! If you are looking for something relaxing and different than a resort vacation, you will love this home. The wrap-around screen porch was our favorite place to be. On several occasions we took the quick walk across the street with the beach chairs and umbrella provided and enjoyed the beach, had it all to ourselves! Heaven on earth. Thank you to Lisa, the caretaker, she went above and beyond to help us and was very informative. You have a great place Eric! Well done, we hope to be back soon.

Great house in a perfect location
Blue Breeze was the ideal place for us for a week away from our home in New Orleans. We watched fishermen bring in their catches every day to a cleaning station just across the street and bought freshly filleted snapper from them every day. The house is very well equipped - everything you need in the kitchen, a washer/dryer, brand new bikes in the garage, and lots of high quality touches (great sharp knives and an espresso maker in the kitchen, and giant fluffy towels that my wife is still talking about). Opening up the doors in the front and back of the house brings in a fresh easterly breeze, and the front porch feels like a natural extension of the living room. It was our first trip to the Caribbean, and I feel very lucky to have landed up in this place. We biked all over the island from end to end, often finding us to be the only ones around. No big resorts teaming with tourists here. Cruise ships bring groups in for packaged daily activities, but they're all gone by mid-afternoon. I would highly recommend Brian and Sabine at the Humpback Dive Shack for diving/snorkeling/whale watching trips - wonderful, friendly folks. We also enjoyed meeting Lisa, who lives across the street and manages the property. She gave us lots of good information and was there if we needed anything. We hope to be back. Thanks, Eric!

Comfort, Quality and Convenience on Grand Turk
If you are looking for a comfortable place to relax, quality amenities and a convenient location to beach and town RENT THIS HOUSE. My wife I stayed here for eight nights and it was perfect for us. You will see breathtaking beaches, enjoy delicious local cuisine and meet some of the kindest people (if you can break yourself away from the incredible screened-in porch). The house is a few blocks north of the center of town, an easy walk or bike ride. You can be on the beach in two minutes by walking across the street. The porch has a double hammock, a table and four comfortable chairs. It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and evening drinks while watching the world go by. Friendly people walk up and down the street and always return a hello and a wave. When the cruise ships are in, the porch is a fun place to observe the cruise passengers come to town on their segways, ATV’s and tour buses. You will be glad you are spending 7 days instead of 7 hours on Grand Turk! The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. It has heavy duty pots and pans, nice dishes and glassware, a gas range and a new fridge with icemaker. Coffee lovers will enjoy the burr grinder, nice coffee maker and brand new espresso machine. A grocery store is right around the corner, and the fish market is across the street. Reserve one night to purchase fresh fish. The boats come in around 6 and the local friends we met helped us purchase two beautiful fish. They were filleted right in front of us and cooked to perfection on our new gas grill- heaven! The bed, linens, pillows and towels were top-notch. We let in the tropical breeze during the day by opening the heavy wooden doors in the front and back, then turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom for a cool, quiet night’s sleep. We did a lot of exploring via foot, and made good use of the brand new bikes provided with this house. A 2 day golf cart rental was handy for exploring the lighthouse to the far north and Governor’s beach to the far south. If you like to gather sea glass, the beach near the ship wreck on Governor’s beach is paradise! You may find other objects washed into the tide from the hurricane. We brought water shoes and wore them while walking on the beach and wading in the water. The owner, Eric, and local house manager, Lisa, are very responsive to any questions you have about the house, town or island. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

A Great Gem on Grand Turk
We just stayed at Blue Breeze from April 8th to the 17th and had an excellent time, Eric was great to deal with and his property was ideal. All your amenities are there and the location on Grand Turk is great! What is also great about this property it is higher and not on ground level. On ground level is only a small garage, you walk up a small set of stairs and you are on a wrap around deck with a great view of the Caribbean ocean. Tonya is just down the road if you need any help. Our favorite restarants are The Sandbar for lunch, and Jack's Shack. The locals on the island are very friendly, a wave and a smile go a long way :) We shopped at E&R Grocery, food and beer are expensive but everything is imported. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back to stay at Blue Breeze.

Good location, very comfortable and well equipped
This is a really nice property. Huge, screened wraparound deck looking at the ocean and loads of space inside. Grand Turk is easy to get around - we used bikes and explored all coasts, from the Lighthouse in the north to surprisingly calm and deserted east coast beaches. Governors beach on the west coast past the airport is probably the best and not busy, even on a cruise ship day. Friendly people and enough of interest for our stay. There is a property being built next door, so there is some construction noise at times.

Everything you could want
This property has it all. It is the perfect blend of local architecture and modern conveniences. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is as comfortable as your bed at home and the bathroom is luxurious. The screened in wrap around deck is total genius. We spent most of our time there, when we were not at the beach. The large doors on the front and back of the house allow a beautiful "blue" breeze to flow through the house. So much so that we didn't use the AC during the day even in August. The owner Eric was responsive and accommodating and the on site managers Tonya and Tereze were wonderful. Bonus: Buy fresh fish at the fish stand a block down on the beach and cook it on the grill. Doesn't get any fresher or tastier than that.

Perfect place to relax
This house is a perfect fit for its ideal location. Open floor plan, attractive, cool stone tiles, delightful breezes, and a porch so pleasant we could have spent the entire week right there. As other reviews have said, amenities are all great, including the comfortable futon which was a very adequate second bed. At the halfway point of the length of the island, it's the perfect base for explorations on the 4 bikes (Tonya is available to fix flats!) stored in the garage. We visited different beaches and birding spots every day. A flock of flamingos lit by the full moon, walking for miles on the white sand of the east-side beach without seeing another soul, and snorkeling with colorful fish and sea fans only a moderate-length swim off the nearby beach were a few highlights of our week on this laid-back, welcoming, not-touristy-feeling island.

Beautiful, relaxing home in a convenient location on Grand Turk
We vacationed February 14-20 at this beautiful home. From the moment we landed on Grand Turk, it was an amazing experience and truly relaxing vacation. The owner had a taxi waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the home (about a five minute drive). As we pulled up to the home, Tanya was waiting to welcome us. She is an on-island property manager that is VERY helpful. She gave us a tour of the home, provided some tips for getting around, and gave us her contact info. The most valuable tip she gave us was pointing out the grocery store to us, which is literally viewable from the back of the house. Less than a three minute walk, and you're at the grocery store (E & R Grocery). The ship arrived on Saturday with fresh produce for the week. We were able to get the vast majority of our groceries throughout the week at E&R Grocery. Any other items we picked up at Kishco or Cee's (both within a walking distance). That was a huge relief for us! Some island reviews online made it seem it was hard to find groceries. Not at all! The flea market (a couple blocks south on West Road) and some other tourist areas open when ships come to the island. The beach access is VERY close. You walk out the front of the house and there is an alley that takes you down to the beautiful, quiet beach. There were many days that we went hours without seeing anyone else on the beach. There are dogs that roam around the town and beach, but they are all very friendly. As dog lovers, this made us feel at home. The area is very safe and the locals are friendly and helpful. Now the home... We can't wait to go back to this house. The name is absolutely perfect (Blue Breeze). There are two large doors; one in the front and one in the back. When you open the two doors, the breeze that moves through the house is perfect! As I mentioned, we wanted to cook all of our own meals. This home has ALL the cookware you could need. We used the outdoor propane grill, as well as the indoor propane stove. Every night, we sat on the screened in porch, listening to music and enjoying the sound of the ocean and breeze. The bikes were a huge plus for us on this trip. We were able to go around the island, seeing different areas and visiting different stores. The five star review just doesn't seem to do this house justice, as well as the owner and property manager. It was the most relaxing and easy vacation we have been on. We cannot wait to visit Blue Breeze and Grand Turk again
