"This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

"Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet."

There isn’t an ocean view from room, AC is only in bedroom, and pictures showing deck with Adirondack chairs are from a different unit in complex. "The property is in the heart of Placencia Village. Just a short walk to anything you need; food, drinks, grocery store. We enjoyed all the amenities and the use of the laundry facilities. We'd stay here again."

"Perfect location, their is a supermarket just next door. The saff is very helpfull and friendly. The only thing I would add is a place to unpack your clothes. The property has no storing nor hangers for your clothes. In the bathroom there are no towel hooks which could be nice to have. The toiletries could have more comfortable dispensers and not just small wooden cups"
