"We had a family reunion at Jangadeiro and we stay for 2 nights it was a blast! In Jangadeiro they have lounges for the adults and waterpark for kids. The view of the ocean is great! "

"O banheiro é pequeno e o café da manhã foi mal organizado, com comidas velhas, gosto ruim e talheres faltando. Serviço de quarto, quando solicitado, demorou a ser atendido. De maneira geral, para uma curta estadia, atende bem a necessidade, porém o café da manhã deixou a desejar e não há quase nada por perto como alternativa."

"I loved staying here! The staff went the extra mile to make sure my stay was wonderful! The breakfast was great. The pool area was extensive with plenty of tables and chairs. I enjoyed the three minute walk to the beach. When I come back I will stay here again for sure!"

Sempre que frequento, tenho experiências maravilhosas — o restaurante é excelente e o prato que costumamos pedir nunca decepciona. Por isso mesmo, deixo aqui um feedback construtivo com todo carinho: evitem preparar o restaurante para eventos enquanto há clientes no salão, especialmente em horário comercial. O hotel e o restaurante são encantadores pela vista, música e atendimento — e é exatamente isso que nos faz...

"Cheguei ao quarto por volta das 14h querendo tomar um banho e não tinha toalhas e nem lençóis. Conversei com uma camareira e ela me informou que o pessoal da lavanderia ainda iria passar, porém ela me arrumou uma toalha. Passei a tarde e a noite falando com a recepção e pedindo lençóis e toalha.Os lençóis só chegaram as 21:30h depois de muita reclamação e eles ainda mentiram dizendo que foram no quarto e chamaram só que ninguém respondeu.Fiquei no quarto o tempo inteiro e ninguém apareceu.Um...

"Quarto limpo e confortável, equipe gentil e muito receptiva, das camareiras a recepção. O mini market na recepção foi um achado, pois a noite ficamos sem opção devido a distância de alguns locais, todas as dependências do hotel impecávelmente limpas, roupa de cama e banho super cheirosas e bem cuidadas, piscina limpinha, o café da manhã excelente, com certeza recomendo a estadia no hotel . "

"Clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the beach and the water park, lots of activities which we could get.from the kids club. Good variety of food albeit some of.the other guests thought that piling their plate to look like mount everest was the way forward!!! "
