Parking is provided in secure lot, right out side of condo. They give you a key that opens the automatic gate. Multiple pools on site. There is a small grocery store a couple blocks away that has all the essentials. Multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance. The beach is down the street and very nice. There’s a couple beach clubs with pools, that’ll will let you use the facilities if you buy some drinks or food. "
