"Excellent service in a lovely beach setting."

"Highly recommend this hotel. Free breakfast buffet was a great feature, huge spread of delicious food. Heated lazy river pool was so awesome, you will love it, too. Located perfectly around a ton of good restaurants, lots of great shopping, mini-golf, beach is a 5-min walk away. We literally didn’t drive anywhere. Week-day crowds were family friendly, weekend crowds were more adult. Miss Lue in the office was fantastic, Willie was nice. Actually any staff we encountered were very nice. We really loved this hotel. I don’t think our shower was cleaned after the prev guest: hair on drain and sand on the floor, I wasn’t worried too much about it though, because everything else in the room was very clean, like linens looked great. Hotel grounds were clean too. Comfy beds, lots of pillows. Lots of places to hang towels and bathing suits to dry. You can hear your neighbors through the walls though, and vice-versa. My only real gripes: 1. dirty shower, 2. hard to sleep with noises, 3. fridge was off when we came in, which is practical but it took a long time to cool to an acceptable temp, 4. We had to wear wristbands the entirety of our stay for pool and breakfast access, it was kinda annoying to wear at first but then we got used to them, by the end, we were sad to take them off lol. They even let us stay and use the pool and parking spot after check-out, that was so awesome, I appreciated that a lot! We will absolutely be returning, again, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The staff were extremely helpful and very kind the rooms size we excellent and very clean (6 of us in a room). The walk to the beach was easy drive to the ports were convenient and the shopping across the street was convenient."

"We had a brief stay. A very nice young man was so helpful. Our room had been remodeled and was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Transportation was provided to cruise port. The hotel was in the middle of reno and unfortunately the elevator stopped working and we had to drag our luggage thru the construction. Would still recommend. "
