Great newer home with thoughtful amenities and an excellent host—highly recommend!This appears to be a very new house, and we absolutely loved our stay. We would definitely return. The host was excellent—never intrusive and provided clear, minimal check-out instructions. We hosted two sets of friends at different times, and everyone was comfortable.The kitchen is especially well-stocked, with a nice-sized pantry, a selection of spices, foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, hand soap at every sink, replacement trash bags, cleaning supplies, and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, mugs, and other essentials for cooking, baking, and grilling (including flour and a rolling pin). There’s a pop-up toaster (no toaster oven) and an air-fry feature on the oven (no standalone air fryer).The master bedroom is the only one with a TV and a ceiling fan. Extra bedding and throw blankets were provided; we didn’t find any box fans (though a friend left one). Renters do not have garage access.The backyard is lovely, with lush green grass, a gas grill, a covered patio, and a secure privacy fence suitable for dogs of any size. Note that there are only two patio chairs, and the irrigation system waters the entire patio area every other day.The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Don’t worry about the nearby airport—most planes were prop planes, and we never heard any at night.Overall, a fantastic stay.
