Cute and cozy!

Very cute home. We had a great time with the games, coffee on the porch, proximity to downtown and the lake. The neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Family visit

House worked well for our group. We enjoyed the game room downstairs! It was also in a good location, close to parks, restaurants, and shops. The upstairs could use some end tables, the downstairs bathrrom could use more towel hooks, and the yard could use some upkeep. All in all we had a good stay.

We booked from New Zealand via the app and had amazing communication...nothing was a problem even accommodating the bed arrangements. The location was great...walkable but if we wanted an Urber they were easy to get. House was very clean and had everythig we needed as a family. Would totally recommend. Thanks

Cozy , Cute & Perfect Location!

We visited CDA for a weekend getaway and from start to finish the Itrip-CDA crew were the most generous hosts! The little touches they have in their rentals really says a lot about how compassionate they are about their guests' experience. The cute house was in the best location! It was a rainy weekend and at night we turned on the fireplace and it made feel so cozy! Not to mention the large master bedroom upstairs and all the fun games to play downstairs! Itrip-CDA has the best locations in their welcome book to guide you to all the amazing places CDA has to offer. Thank you for an amazing weekend, ITRIP-CDA!!

My kids and I stayed and it was a great little home base. I liked the house setup and the full kitchen. The few bad things were no directions on how to use the tv or the thermostats. Would recommend.

Retirees and their little dog, too

We enjoyed the cabin feel on the main floor. The steepness of the stairs up, or down to the basement, were intimidating so I, recovering from knee issues, stayed on the main floor. The house had all of the conveniences we had wanted. I hedged on the “location” description because “downtown” Coeur d’Alene is more of a walk from the house than I anticipated, especially taking the hill into account: walking into town to shop or eat is for a limited number of people. But, it’s not out of the question says my fit 72 yo wife! Overall a great central location. We would stay here again!
