Our 3rd stay here and just as enjoyable as before! Mark and Maria do a wonderful job of creating a comforting retreat for a family who love the scenery and ambiance Coeur D’Alene has to offer :) We absolutely love how central and close this home is to downtown CDA, and the neighborhood is cute to walk around and quiet for a good nights rest!

The home was very clean and well kept and very comfortable. Anything we needed was within reach. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our two small puppies and gave us peace of mind to let them run free after long car rides. The short wall to town was perfect.

Very clean & comfortable.

This was a lovely home. It was super clean, comfortable and well stocked. Felt like home away from home. It is bigger than it appears. Thanks for the early check in option also! We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay! This place is a hidden gem. The house was clean. The kitchen had all the tools you need. It is walking distant to the shops and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Cute backyard with sitting. Would totally stay there again. Kurt, Tara, Katie and Robert.

Great place for 2 small families and a dog to stay

This house was great! Especially for 2 separate small families with different sleeping schedules and a dog. Back yard was fenced and great for the dog to run. House was clean and the hosts were great and very responsive. Would come stay again if we come back to Coeur d’Alene!

Lovely Home

We loved this beautiful home. It has a generously sized primary suite with an amazing closet. The back yard was great for my daughter’s dog and the owners even provided dog dishes. Everything needed was provided for.

Perfect house for our family

This was a perfect house for our stay in Coeur D'Alene. Our two teenage boys loved having a bathroom and a separate room each to themsleves. The beds were so comfortable. The location is so quiet - we spent most evenings eating dinner and playing games in the backyard. My husband and I enjoyed morning walks each day from the lake to downtown. Would highly recommend this house!

Comfy home away from home.

We stayed here last summer and it was nice and cool. After we heard the floors are heated we wanted to come back this winter. It’s six blocks away from downtown restaurants and shopping, six blocks away from Lake Coeur d’Alene in a quiet neighborhood. On the lake Coeur d’Alene Trail route. Great place for a getaway, humble, clean and cozy. Hosts are the right amount of communicative if you need something there there if not, they just let you enjoy.

Awesome rental experience

Cute, comfortable, clean and well appointed rental ... from quality paper products, ample kitchen supplies, good quality bedding and mattresses. There was a lovely fenced backyard with patio and chairs as well as grass for dogs and kids. Overall a great experience for a first-time vrbo renter. Mark and Maria are wonderful and responsive hosts, quick to answer questions.

Perfection

We travel a lot and have stayed in several vacation rentals over the years and this is now at the top of our favorites list. This home checked all the boxes. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked. Exceptionally clean. Hospitality plus. We can’t thank the owners enough for sharing this beautiful home with us and look forward to coming back soon!

Beautiful house in a great location near Sanders Beach!

We had a really fun stay for 4 days in this well renovated house in a great location near Sanders Beach and Downtown Coeur d' Alene. The house was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed. The backyard was setup comfortably to enjoy coffee in the morning. The host was very responsive to a question I had. Easy walks to the restaurants in a nice, quiet, tree lined neighborhood. Access to the Centennial trail is right out your front door, which we enjoyed with our bikes. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Find!

We had a great stay at Mark and Maria’s! Really appreciated they’re a pet friendly home. The house is well maintained, clean, fully stocked of anything you may need or forgotten at home. Mark was great to deal with. Had a few questions and he answered them right away. He even emailed and said we were able to check in early. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Amazing

Everything this home had to offer was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything more from a VRBO rental. This home is ran with care from people who truly want you to enjoy your stay. Our family could bike ride and enjoy the area. So close, within a few minutes from the home. Downtown, parks, and swimming all very convenient. We visited during a "heat wave" the house stayed nice and cool by running the front room AC and fan. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience!

Old school house, new school downtown

Place is clean, functional, manager was quick to reassure me about the AC being able to handle the heat wave (which it did very well). Fully stocked kitchen ready to cook most anything, washer and dryer with 4 free loads of soap, downstairs rec room with a big screen, 1/2 mile walk in a straight line to downtown, less then that to the lake and parks + hiking trails, on the road that is the bike trail that goes around the lake. 5 stars, do recommend. No need to shop around for another place to stay in Coeur d’Alene, will be back no doubt!

Possibly my favorite vrbo stay!

This is one of the places that feels like a home rather than something hosted by a rental management company. We were so comfortable here! The kitchen is one of the best-stocked I've seen....everything we needed. It's in the middle of a residential area, but not far from larger streets with businesses. We felt so relaxed here. In the mornings there were one or two rabbits lounging in the front yard (and/or next door, and across the street)! Host Mark communicated with us to make sure we were cool enough, as there was a heat wave - in the 90's - and we were fine (window air conditioners). We were in 3 cars, as we had all traveled from various places to Coeur d'Alene for a wedding - there was plenty of parking. Thank you Mark for a wonderful vrbo stay!

It's bigger than it looks. Very homey!

This is an older property that has been renovated to perfection. It has 2 floors - 2 queens, bathroom, kitchen, living area upstairs. 1 king, bathroom and family room upstairs. Stocked with almost everything you need. Pros - A/c works well, Stocked well. Good location. Quiet. Family room downstairs has an amazing couch if you need extra sleeping space. Beautiful attention to details. Cons - No kettle. It you are downstairs you can hear people walking around and flushing toilets etc Travel hint - Texas Roadhouse cheap but good food (book early online or you will be waiting forever to be seated). NIC beach is big and has rentals and it's good if it's not windy.

First time in CDA

Our first visit to CDA was fabulous! We came with our friends and both of us had our dogs. Mark’s house couldn’t have been better for the pups to run around in the backyard. The property was a perfect distance to town and to the water. The neighborhood was darling with a lot of homes being redone. Mark did a nice job with updating the house and sticking it with all the essentials. The house was clean, of which I’m a critic! One couple stayed downstairs with the private family room, and the other stayed upstairs with more living space. The patio was perfect with the sitting area in the shade, and a big umbrella covering the dining area. And, we had a couple of questions while we were there which Mark answered extremely quickly. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.
