Stroll 1 mi to Sherman Ave for breakfast, BBQ, burgers, and wine. Near Tubbs Hill, downtown fun, and quick freeway to Silverwood/outdoors. Spacious LR w/ queen sleeper sofa, new washer/dryer, dishwasher. Winter sledding at Cherry Hill! Huge TV!
