    This is a 2 level house with the upper floor being the rental space. It is completely separated from the lower level and will be your private place during your stay.
    We live on the ground floor with our pets and maintain a separate entrance.

    There is absolutely no smoking / vaping / e-cigarette use allowed anywhere on the property. If you smoke, you must go down the street to do so.
