Paddle out in the morning before the bay gets busy, walk to the community beach and take a swim, or grab a drink and watch the sunset from the private deck. Feeling more adventurous? Rent a boat to explore the rest of Lake Coeur d'Alene, cast a line off the dock, or head into downtown CDA to experience its charming shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the cozy living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views, plus an electric fireplace and a small Smart TV for evenings when you'd rather stay in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, and the vaulted ceilings give the whole place that classic A-frame look.

This is a rustic lake house, not a newly remodeled home — think summer camp vibes on the lake!

All guests have access to the private community beach and picnic area, which is just a short walk away from the home.

This home comfortably sleeps seven people and includes ONE full bathroom (shower only).

–Good to Know–
• This is a rustic lake house, not a newly remodeled home —think summer camp vibes on the lake!
• Dock is shared with the cabin next door but guests of the A-Frame have use for mooring boats
• The water right at the dock is calm and shallow, good for floating and paddleboards. If you want to go for a swim, the community beach is a short walk away.
• Driveway parking: Max 2 vehicles, driveway is shared with neighboring cabin - if you have a boat and trailer you can launch and park at Sun Up Bay Boat Launch.
• This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense*

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
