In a wooded, quiet environment, this charming stone house, just renovated, has a pleasant and comfortable interior, giving the whole a warm atmosphere. Inside, we particularly appreciate the beautiful living room with its fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room; outside, one is charmed by the wooded park and its view of the surrounding countryside; there is even a walk starting from the cottage by a pleasant path in the woods! We also love this large shaded terrace which will be the place for guaranteed moments of relaxation! House of 80m² with on the ground floor: living room composed of a section with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, hi-fi and wood stove; a kitchen area with built-in units and all the equipment; a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and direct access to the outside; a bathroom with wc; a laundry room with washing machine and dressing room. Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms, one with a 90 cm bed and a 2nd extra 90 cm "drawer" bed and the other bedroom with a 160 cm bed, flat screen TV and its bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.
